View Full Version : Do I need to add more to routine?

I don't understand it. I might have missed something in my carefull research and studies on the are of PEing but why is it that everyone that first starts off changes their routines so quickly? Isn't the idea to figure out if something is effective and stay with it untill you hit a plateu and THEN change it? Just wondering because I am doing the thought pro thing but people are already changing up their routines by the 2nd week and I don't plan on measure till after 2 months! I think that is a fair time to give to a routine. Sure I might not always get in the full number of jelqs but I am pretty consistent with between 100-150.

I say do the routine for a month before changing.
