hi im in my 2nd week of jelqing and i was wondering how this sounds.

5 mins warm up
10 streches 30 secs each
150 wet jelqs
5 min warm down

i started 100 jelqs week one and after it felt different like a tender/stretched feeling i guess coz it was gettin used 2 it.

week 2 im doin 150 jelqs and it feels normal after now

week 3 200- week 4 250- week 5-300- week 6 350

how does that sound for my 6 week beginer routine and should i add more stretching each week aswell?

Doesn't look bad at all just don't do hard pull's on them stretches for now just do med..strength pull's.. :cool

Listen to your dick, if you dont think you can keep up with the 50 incresed jelqs a week then dont. If your dick feels comfortable doing that amount then yeh, seems pretty solid.
