Well that's what happened to me. I used to wear undies/jocks and I got a massive bend because of it. Like peronnies deseas type bend. My dick wasn't bent to the left or anything, just bent DOWN. It was very depressing. So I started wearing boxers and briefs and when I slept I would put my penis between the stomache and the boxers elastic band so it would be pointing up. Over about a year the bend disappeared to about 5-10 degree angle (before it was about 40-50 degree angle) and when I was wearing the school pants i would feed it down my leg so it wouldn't be forced down. Now I do the same thing. I'd rather have a slight bend to the left and feel free and full while at work (as work pants aren't that different though they are 'baggier') feel like I am trapped in an enclosed space. I NEVER WEAR UNDIES/JOCKS anymore.

That's the best reason to wear boxers/briefs: more blood flow to the penis. What I do these days is kegel while walking and I force blood into the penis through kegels and it feels really full.
