Right guys, only a few more days to go untill we get started. This is where we can post how the workouts are going, and try to help each other stay motivated.

I am itching to get started, but will wait until monday!

Getting ready for Hell month come monday.


Wargasim`s routine to use:
Warmup of your choice for 10 min.

30 second stretches x 5 (up, down,left,right,straight out) This is to losen up the penis for the comming onslaught.

Waterbottle stretch (or your variation) with at least 3kg. For the hardcore, we start on 5kg and will work it up after week 1. This stretch is fantastice for length to make sure you do 10min even if you need to rest your hands for a couple of minutes.

Jelqs (to be performed downwards and putting your shoulder into it.) We need to hit these with proper intensity. We start on 300. Remember Important to do them down!

Water bottle stretch for 5 min.

Warholds 10 sets with five 10 second jelq reps. this will be increase week 2

Clamps. 10 30 second clamps after the warholds. 80% erection or so. Use caution with this as your penis should be huge after the warholds.

Warmdown. Very important!

waterbottle stretches

I got a 5L water bottle from Tesco. It has that handy little carry thing on top of the lid.
I then put bubble wrap around the handle for protection.
I then slide it over my penis to the base of the shaft, and then do straight stretches.

Warholds

If you have not done PE for a few months at least, do NOT try this.

Do a palm down hold (with your strongest hand), 90% erection. Kegal as much blood into your penis as you can, then clamp it. Now the scary part. Use your other hand palm down and grip as close to the base as possible against (under) your other hand.....Now perform a jelq. Slowly all the way to your head. Then kegal more blood into your penis, clamp and do it again. The jelq should take about 10 sec. Start off with 10 sets.

Just a quick question about the water bottle stretch: So when you pull your dick straight out, should the waterbottle stay at the base of your penis or will it slide towards the center (and thus making a 'V' shape)?

Also, if it's been more than a week or so since you last measured (and you've been PEing during that time), I suggest you measure again on Sunday to ensure that any gains came from the 'Hell Month' and not from before.

Ok so my first workout was "moderate". It wasn't as good as i had hoped but it wasnt a waste of a workout either.

As i was unable to get a waterbottle i made a makeshift device using a curtain cord and a weight, however i didnt manage to do any as i just keept going hard. Same happend with the manual stretches so i went straight onto the jelqs. Rest of the routine was good and felt fuller and heavier after. Will try to get the stretches in later.

Hows everyone elses first day go?

Everyone does their own way, personally I always use BP. Fat pad too big and curve make it neccesary.

So, first pe in a while. wetjelqs were difficult and the skin made it hard to do the warholds.
Not a very good workout but got 15 minutes of good stretches done, about 2 holds 5 warholds and 100 or so wetjelqs. High wetjelq numbers take forever and aren`t very effective for me, lower stronger numbers I find better.

There it is, first workout of HELL month.
Poor to acceptable.

Hey Guys

Just finished my routine.

My GF must have thrown my waterbottle away or something because I can;t find the damn thing anywhere. Anyway, I improvised , finished the routine in about 45 min.

It is the first routine I have done in a few months so I could not hit it as hard as I wanted to. Moderate workout for me. Penis is however hanging nice and heavy, so not too bad for day 1.I see from most of the posts so far it seems like we all a little rusty and need to get back into it.

I look forward to Wednesday. Gonna hit it hard!

My new measurement before PE BP 6.4x5.1.
Wow I really messed up today. I thought I had the house all to myself. Started warmup and streches then made a ghetto water bottle strech by using a bag and just putting shoes in it i think i put to many since it was very disconfrontable all in all going good. Then I start jelqing get up to 200 or so then my dad comes home and keeps calling me to do stuff so I have to stop. So I said F the warholds and skiped to holds since he keep calling me. I did two holds then he keeps calling me and I have work soon so I'm pretty much done for the day. It was a good workout till that happen. Since I didn't complete I'll go for bad workout.

Finished my workout about 20 minutes ago. Booyah!

I'd describe it as great workout, but there were still a few kinks in the routine. It was nothing serious though, and I'd say I did every exercise well. I believe I did the waterbottle stretch properly, but until someone answers my question, I'm not totally sure.

One down, 11 to go.

Hey office.

I hang the waterbottle at the base and have my penis stretched out horizontally or around 45 degrees. This keeps the stretch at the base, where I believe it works best.

Thanks for the clarification. I was probably doing it at maybe 60-65%, so the weight slid down a bit further than that. I will be sure to correct it for Wednesday.

I gotta say, though I was burned out on PE only 2 months ago, this workout has me pumped for the next one!

Yer ive been with her almost 2 years now. One of the main reasons i want to get a penis, so she doesnt get bored with the lil thing and move on. When i started i had a 4.75 BPEL and she managed to come with that.

SS, the water bottle is jus a modified V stretch so techinically you could, but you would be getting any where near the stretch of the water bottle because of the lack of pressure and continuity

Yeah, I would say that while they're roughly the same, it won't allow for the same consistent pressure as you'd get with the waterbottle stretch. Of course, if you were to have a problem, it's much easier to stop with your hands than the waterbottle stretch.

I was going to mention the stretchers for this 'hell month'

Lately, I've been using my stretcher alot, and using it after I do a good workout. I like the thought of the 'cool down' occuring while in traction.

You guys who use them just *may* have a slight upperhand. It will be interesting to see how those who use stretchers fare over the others.

Perhaps those who are using stretchers should be marked as such?



Also.. I'm sort of curious as to why this is called 'Hell Month' This workout is pretty much what I've been doing for awhile now. Is something drastic to happen soon? Like replace the waterbottle with a washing machine or something?

Well, war said it would get more intense as the weeks progress. I'd call it a Hell Month even as is, considering that for most of my original stint in PE the workouts lasted less than half an hour. This one takes me more than an hour.

Jelqs are so difficult to do, and even when done right they don`t DO anything. 100, 200, 300 jelqs and my dick is the same, just reddened skin. Yuck.
My tissues are tough to work with.

Hey Kahuna, hope things are going well with you? (Been a long time man).

Uh, I can`t say exactly, it`s like, its almost never a clean tidy jelq, always teh skin at the base kinda gets dragged (even with lots of vaseline), and when it gets to teh last 3rd of the shaft it drags more and kinda misses out on the inner chambers- even when it does its narrower at the end so I kinda lose teh momentum of teh blood before I even get to teh end of the stroke. Plus yeah, being rusty at it now I keep getting hard.
Then even when they are perfect and I feel them working because my technique is flawless it takes a good hour or two just for a few hundred, by which time I am bored as hell and pissed off. Even then nothing actually happens, even after weeks and months.
It is so infuriatingly frustrating.

I can feel the central tendon strong and wide and thick, like a flat "T" shape with the top of the "T" being the top of the shaft, even if jelqs manage to thicken it up (which they haven`t ever) theres no way in hell that any number of jelqs will allow my dick to expand in length with that *T* CABLE of tissue and nerves holding it back.

thus I can do jelqs until my arms fall off but it will do nothing to add length.
I mean how? My ligaments have no extar length I can pull out to gain length (as I think taht`s how most guys get their initial "growth" from.)

I THINK that the only way it can get longer is by that *T* growing. No amount of stretching has lengthened it, believe me I have done so much stretching over teh years, waaaay before I knew of Cc and PE. Know what taht gained me? ZERO.
So I am thinking, what then? Constant low stress to cause growth? A stretching device? So I buy one, and find that it wont fit my dick shape, not without having to be so tight as to distort the softer tissues of my dick and cutting off circulation (plus the head and neck is narrower than any part of it) so it sits in a cupboard unuseable.

You know, I even thought about drastic things like piercing it so I can hang without having anything wrapped around it and without cutting off circulation. But then it would be risky, and even so would be tricky where to choose, and then it might grow weirdly if at all.

I am just frustrated Kahuna, in my experience jelqs do fuck all for (ME). That *T* is the thing that needs to be grown since it will not stretch. I haven`t found a way to do that, so I am really mentally angry and lost as to what to do.
I mean, I have a banana shape and a big fat pad of almost an inch (even though I`m not fat) so my size is BP.

Thats the problem.

I just read your post SS.

Considering that you already have substantial girth, I take it that you want to "even out" the thickness of your cock rather than just increase it (although who doesn't want a bit more?)?

Also, have you had any length gains from doing PE. I can tell you're having problems with jelqs, but you never mention problems with stretches. I'm sure if it's a thick, tough tendon, that it would be rather hard to gain length from, but perhaps you're having a bit more luck there.

No, no length gains. The length varies but thats from pc weakness or strength, depending. I am convinced taht it is the *T* tendon and nerve bundle that is at the centre of gaining length (or not), atleast as far as (my) body is concerned.
I stretch a lot but nothing.

After trying a bunch of different ones I found it to be the best (of what I have tried so far). I tried water based ones but they were not working well for me, I even used olive oil a few times but vaseline has been the best so far.

Well.. if you should ever try a water based one again, remember that a little goes a long way.. and just dipping your hand in some water will reactivate the slickness.

Vaseline always seems like a bitch to clean up from.. but to each their own.

Yes, I bought several types of baby oil, including Johnson and Johnsons, it was a hopeful idea but afforded almost no lubrication to me at all, it just made me pull on teh skin and feel like I was going to tear it or get erratic pressure at best.

Coldshroom, Yes vaseline is a pain to clean off, but it is still the best so far that I have used.

SS have you tried the baby oil gel? Maybe you have as you said you've tried lots of different types. If not I'd suggest you give it a go. Much thicker than normal baby oil and lasts longer too (before you need to reapply). I find it gives a much smoother jelq than any other lube I've tried. I use Johnson's bby oil gel with camomile.

FUCK! Wargasim or a PE doctor I need your help! I been resting my dick for 2 weeks now and getting back to doing bigginer's routine with easy jelqing the blood that leaks out on the base comes right back!!!!!!!!!!1 :x This was the reason that I wanted to take a break. It was hard out red with blood before my break while I did 90% dry jelqs. Today I did about 50% easy wet jelqs and after 1 set of 50s it came right back, not as wrost as before but it's still there. I'm tired of resting and waiting. War, or anyone, should I just continue and keep PEing????

Ok, I don't quite understand how you injured yourself PEing (I was absent for about 3 months), so I'm not totally sure what exactly is happening with you.

That said, give that there's blood involved, I'd highly suggest you not PE.

But I want to figure out what the problem is before I give you any 'final' advice. Are you bleeding out of your penis (as in the uretha) or on the outside, like a cut? And how bad is it- just a couple of drops or enough to make it "streaming" out?

By the way Tmac, it's about 7am here and I haven't slept, but I'll stay up a bit longer to help and will let you know when I'm going to leave.

Ok, I'll make it quick, I did some intense dry jelqs and there was heaps of red spots but they weren't just little dots, they were like internal bleeding that made the mid shaft of my penis go hardout red. Looking at it even shocked me so I decided to take a 2 weeks break. 2 weeks later I did some light wet jelqs and there was still some bleeding. This is not like me as I am a fast healer but there was still some bleeding there and I can't be fucked waiting any longer so should I PE? Will this hell month routine be way too intense???? I just can't be fucked waiting for my dick to heal anymore.

Well, with Hell Month, I feel as if you're having any problems while doing a lighter routine, it's probably too much for you.

Yes your right, they mainly appear from jelqs and holds, it doesn't hurt but I'm afraid I can't compress enough blood to make my cock wider and bigger if there's a leakage but I'm so sick and tired of waiting so I probably want to start and just need some advice. No, I'm pretty sure it was bleeding. The point is I want to gain girth and if there's a leakage, then I can't compress enough blood to get girth gains. I don't think it's just discolouration because it was all bruised up like internal bleeding.

However the bruised up part was when I did dry jelqs 2 weeks ago, but tonight when I did wet jelqs there was little red bleeding still. I thought after 2 weeks it would disapear.

Well, short of you injecting some chemical dye into your body, I was pretty sure it was blood causing the discoloration. I was more interested in the intensity of the discoloration.

Ok, just remember that this is one man's opinion, and he doesn't have a degree in medicine. But, here's my advice.

Well, my best advice is to continue your break. That's the only way I could assure you that this isn't going to be a problem for you.

But, since you REALLY want to PE, I have a suspicion that this probably started with jelqing, like you pulled on the skin too hard and broke a capillary or two. I know you were having problems before with jelqs and holds before, but I wonder if it would be possible to do the holds now since there won't be any friction. I only did mine for 30 seconds a piece with 5 total, so you might be able to do something like that with stretching for a normal PE workout. I still believe nothing would be better, but I lean towards friction with the skin where it connects with a capillary is the culrpit. If you removed the friction, it might be ok.

If it's a very light discoloration and not covering your entire penis, I don't think a little loss of blood would be detrimental to your ability to gain.

Again, I still recommend resting it.....or at least wait until someone else chimes in.

EDIT: Just wanted to mention that on Webmd, when speaking of bruises (not quite the same), they suggest to massage the area if it doesn't hurt. So perhaps incorporate a little of that with each workout.

I need to sleep too. However I'll give it one more week rest then I need to start streching and jelqing. Hmmmm, you might be right about the pulling however it was the slow dry jelqs that caused the major discolouration.

Here's my thoughts: I streched to hard and pull to hard so that caused the ripped. Then by compressing way too much blood in during dry jelqs it made the discolouration even wrost.

But as you said if a little leakage won't effect my gain then in 1 week I'm back to PEing doing 2 weeks bigginer routine then moving on to the Hell Month routine.

I Also take L-Arginine + Orithine so that should speed up my healing time.

Also I massage my dick in the shower that should help the healling. Since you seem pretty smart at this any other healling advice or any disagreement with what I said?

No disagreements...but to be honest, I'm not THAT knowledgable about this stuff.

The only other thing I'd suggest is after your week, if it's still there, keep a close eye on it. If it appears to be getting bigger/darker, you're going to need a break until it totally heals...and that could be a month or two.

I just did my routine today. I skipped the last 5 minute water bottle stretch, becuase I was horny. So far...I have not followed the 5 hour rule once. :)

I would say my workout was good. Took over an hour though.

I'm not a big believer in the whole "overtrain" thing when it comes to anything. I just think overtraining is a synonym for undereating. This time I upped the intensity of my warholds and I thought I was going to epxlode, My dick started to turn a bit red so I decided to ease up towards the end.

P.S. I need a water bottle really badly..my thumb hurts =)

Tried to do some stretches and holds to make up for a not very good friday workout. Only a few, broke the 5 hour rule I think 8,9 or 10 times in a row. OMG I am almost comatose tired now.

soserious, what might help is RIGHT after a PE sesion hop in the shower than dry yourself put your clothes on, etc. This will get you rmind off of jerking it so you stick to the 5 hour rule. I'm not a huge believer of it but meh, when I did follow it were my best gains.

Hey Guys.

Don't have too much time to post tonight, but had a good workout.

I have upped the workout to the following.

Warmup
Then the 30 sec stretches
10 min water bottle stretch, but I have added 2 kilograms (7 in total now)
add 100 jelqs
add 2 more sets of warholds.

Unfortunaley the onlythign that im not doing right is the war holds because i cant maintain a hard enough erection in the dam shower to pull them off, but what i do is make up for them with a shit load of holds. So, I did it. The problem is that given the extra 100 wj, I could not do the warholds, and I barely did five 20 second holds. Cock felt pretty tired.

What should I do? Not do the extra W.J. and keep doing to the warholds...or something else?

For today...even though I almost skipped my workout...yet decided to do it anyways, at twelve at night, I think it was a good workout.

I thought I was losing size as well, but I also realized that my dick was way too tired to have 100% erections due to fatigue. This really is a hell month, and while I feel I've gained when I can get an optimum erection (ok I've cheated and checked...so sue me), it's definately not something anyone should keep up for the long term.

No, e.g. I think doing 300 wet jelqs 5 on 2 off would be A LOT easier on your dick than a 10 sets of warholds, etc. etc. For 3 days of the week.

Also, I do my warmups and stretches a little bit longer than what wargasm says to do..so stretching/warming up can't be the issue either. To be honest this puts me really down and I don't think it's helping. My best gains was 5 on 2 off. Bah, I'm going to skip today..shit..does anyone really know why my dick size has decreased? I mean, I am still technically tarring the tissue apart and having blood fill it up.

Hell, I might just even try doing something else that no one in the PE world has ever thought of doing :P Well, I haven't seen a routine post doing this type of method but I'll let you guys know about it once I start doing it. :) Man this sucks.

Thanks mate, and I'm sorry to Wargasm, you're routine is great mate it felt good and all but it's just not doing it for me. I think I'm going to officially start this new routine thing on Monday and see how it goes for 3 weeks. I know it's been only what, 2 weeks into Hell Month? See a decrease in something that shouldn't be decreasing is not a good sign. And there's just no logical sense into overtraining making your dick size decrease. PEing is a simple concept, you tear parts of the tissue, blood fills it in and the tissue rebuilds itself.

Maybe I just didn't have the luck other guys in Hell Month are having...maybe the water bottle DOES do wonders :P Who knows, anyways off to get back to my roots and start PEing like a newbie with an added twist. I'll get back to you guys in about 3 weeks I'll still talk in the Non PE section perhaps.

Netgear, my hands are pretty strong from gym, but if it is too heavy, just alternate hands. This is one of my best length excercises.

things I have found.

When you train the penis real hard for a few weeks, your errections are not as strong for a few days afterwards. This retifies itself after a few days. The warholds do this to me. This could result in you thinking you lost size.

It would be cool if you could measure next weekend, and see. I would bet money that you are at least the same size as you were before you started. The whole idea of the month was to shock the penis into growing. When hell month finishes I will cut the intensity of my personal routine, as I think prolonged abuse of the penis is not a good thing.

Great to hear some guys are seeing gains

Sorry man, I missed today too. I warmed up and just looked at my dick and it was all shriveled up. I came twice today: masturbated twice, and had sex for 30 minutes, my dick is exhausted.

Warholds-

1. Work up almost a full erection

2. Grab the base of your dick with one hand, palm down. You should see your prenis slightly bulging (like a hold)

3. With your other hand, grab your dick at the lowest point possible (will be just above your other hand). I find using a palm up grip to be best, but it might be a little uncomfortable.

4. Perform a jelqing motion with hand mentioned in step 3- this should take about 10 seconds (mine are never perfectly timed, just go slow and try your best)

Repeat steps 3 and 4 four more times. This equals one set of Warholds (and we're currently doing 12). It's a bit lengthy timewise.

Sorry I haven't updated guys- I was away for the weekend.

I missed a day this week. Technically I missed Wednesday and Friday, but I did one on Thursday. So just mark me as one green and one red.

Sooo, onto what most people are interested in: gains.

Today wasn't the best day for measuring, since I'm a bit sore and it was a little too long since I last got off. But I'm pretty certain that they're accurate.

Previous status:
BPEL: 19.4cm/7.62"
EG: 14.2cm/5.6"

New stats:
BPEL: 19.7cm/7.75"
EG: 14.5cm/5.7"

Pretty decent gains.

Agreed- while my feelings towards PE have changed (and I will be testing them to see if I'm right or wrong), I think the idea of setting up 'challenges' or whatever you want to call it really helps people keep focused.

Also, as War pointed out, those who stuck with it consistently (barring a few minor slipups) gained something. Perhaps there are some that, for some reason, just cannot gain, I'd say a vast majority of non-gainers just aren't sticking with it like they should.
