I started on Though Pros Newbie routine. I've followed along and added jelqs week by week. I'm now up to 300 jelqs from the starting 150.

I've already gained a little girth and perhaps a little length although its difficult to tell.

I haven't taken any measurements as I prefer to judge off how I look. I know this is no good for progress but I mean by this, when I'm big enough I'll know.

I'm having a little trouble now though. It says as jelqing progresses erections will calm down. I've found mine have gotten worse. This is including stretching. Now I get a semi after a stretch in one direction. This is hindering me as it is taking almost 15 minutes to do the 5 way stretch as suggested. Also when I've been jelqing, because I've been getting quite hard I've still been going but am thinking now I shouldn't have as I may have been above 80% erection.

Any thoughts on this over sensitivity? The workouts are taking ages now because of this.

Unfortunately I don't have any guaranteed-to-work-advice, but you could try doing helishakes before each stretch. A long while ago when I used to mess around with PE I had the same problem as you with stretches. I don't know if the helishakes are preventing this because I didn't do them back then, but I do them now and haven't had that problem. But I may have just gotten over it, who knows.

If you start getting a full-fledged erection while jelqing you really should just stop and let it subside a little bit. Jelqing while hard is dangerous, and I also don't think that doing it hard provides much of that "stretch" you feel when it's about 60%-80%. I know some people do erect jelqs, but a beginner definitely should not.

Oh and if you're watching porn while jelqing--don't. That should help ;)

It seems as though the sensetivity has become worse since I started. I've tried doing the heli shakes and its not helping.

I start the stretch with a fully flacid, then by the time that stretch is over, my shaft has larged about twice its size with blood. I'm not sure if this is because of the stretch or because I'm getting hard but when I let go I dont fall back flacid so I let it subside.

I've also been having a little trouble getting a good grip during the stretches, my hand often slides off.

One positive I've noticed is I've been getting rock solid erections these past two weeks.

try the helicoter strokes as part of the ward up with teh v stretch and end with jelq and a warm down. It works for me

Try using rubber gloves the real thin ones, you know' the ones that the doctor uses when ? :lol: for your stretches, works for me! :cool

I've resorted to using baby powder when I just couldn't hold my grip. Works wonders.

Its funny, I never thought of anything to help the grip. I just got annoyed everytime it slipped.

I've started to notice that I don't get the same sensitivity every workout. I haven't quite figured out what variables affect it but on some workouts during the stretches I manage to get more in without getting hard, as with the jelqs.

You can try using a towel as well to get a better grip. As far as the penis enlarging during stretches, it happens to me from time to time as well. I don't do much about it, let things subside and then get back at er!

The reason you start getting erections when you stretch is because you are developing a conditioned response essentially.

Your body is learning that when you stretch, you need to get an erection shortly thereafter.

I'm not kidding about this either, if you masturbate in the shower with a water temperature that is very close to rain water you will get a hard on when it rains.

Ive heard that too. Seems your mind begins to relate certain things to others such as the case with the shower and the rain. Its actually pretty cool.

I dunno except for what darklife said seems to help. I rather welcome them sometimes as i see it better than it not getting up you know.

I've spent a lot of time thinking about controlling erections and i have to say lately especially since ive started to PE i can control it near perfection (its even resulted in me being able to cum.. without orgasm.. keeping hard and being able to do it all over again..choosing when to orgasm... :shock::shock::shock:).

At the end of the day, when you start to get aroused you have to stop the stimulation. Once you stopt this concentrate on not contracting your PC muscle its a really really really hard urge to contract but as long as you dont your dick will go flop within a few seconds. A deep breath also helps no end.

Mysterman, care to teach how you manage to come, not orgasm then choose when you want to. How did you manage to be able to do this or is it something you've always been able to do

Yea it was pretty much self taught and only recently ive found out how to really do it properly. Its started off very much the same as edging but you actually go a little bit further than you would normally. That fine line everyone talks about during edging.. gets a lot finer. As with edging bring yourself as close to climax as you can, but then give it a couple more jerks. Then stop, at this point whatever you do dont contract your pc muscle at all. The art of this is to not use your PC (unlike when people want to multiple orgasm they contract hard). Take a deep breath, if you do it right you will actually feel the cum running up the shaft of your dick. As a beginner you wont actually release any , but if you run your hand up your shaft cum will come out the end (you have cum, just not enough for it to shoot out). Start jerking it again and you'll notice that you can keep the erection fine.

A great way to practice not tensing your PC muscle is to learn to stop those random erections us guys get from time to time. The art is literally in concentrating on not tensing and ignoring. As with sex.. if you think your going to cum everywhere in 3 seconds.. you will. In all honesty the only way people multiple is by tensing before the cum reaches the cut off point. The tensing has been found to also heighten the orgasm. So in theory, relaxing and letting the cum run through.. should mean that you dont orgasm as hard as normal.. to the point at which you may be able to totally cut the orgasm out. See the thinking?

As i stated its definitely a fine line and not an easy thing to do. Its even harder to explain ill give it a try later so its fresh in my mind as to whats going on. I started doing it to see if it was actually possible. You hear many people talking about the multiple orgasm but no cum. What if it was possible to do what the female body can do naturally.. orgasm and cum fully each time. Now that is the holy grail. By developing both techniques (this and holding back) you should be pretty much set in my eyes

Ive also found that you can forcibly make yourself orgasm and cum a lot quicker than if you were just sat there beating it. Tensing your body especially your thighs and legs (in bed is a good bet so your legs are straight) feels as if you can actually push the cum out of you. As strange as it sounds this does work and im currently concentrating on localising this tension to see if once again.. is it possible. It also helps that i have the craziest sex drive possibly on this planet lol. Worrying when sex isnt enough anymore...

Sounds good to me i think that i will definalty give this a try. Only problem i have is that when i stop and i start beating again i usually feel the need to come after about 30 seconds max. But maybe this is because i stop at the first point you mentioned instead of allowing myself to cum a little.

Also i thought the whole point of tensing the PC was so that you didnt come because this is when you loose your erection. So surely if you come but dont orgasm you will have came, lost your erection and had nothing to gain from it?

None the less im still willing to give this a go, anyone else tried/do this?

I do it the edging/kegel way and I've had a couple of multiple orgasms while still staying hard

Like i said fine line. If you tense too late you will find that you almost force yourself to cum. Also notice that if you tense it hard whilst jerking you can induce the orgasm earlier on. So it can be used as a shut off valve and also a way of going quicker which is only really useful for doing shit on demand. Always worth a try though. Nowadays i dont see it as getting better at sex etc.. ive got more out of it knowing how my body reacts and understanding the various feelings.
