Time to start a new journal here at the new CC. Maybe this is the motivation I've needed to kick start me back into a solid routine. Not much of a routine to post at this time. I'll start with a light stretching, low number of jelqs to get back into condition. Warm up on both the start and finish lines.

We'll see where YOU are at in another year or so. I started back today and will do my best to be consistent. It seems that real life gets in the way too much. That whole need to work for a living and all. Bah!!! :x

It's a fair point, I may well have given up, we'll have to see. As for the working thing, I've still got 2 (possibly 3 years) of student life left ahead of me at University and I get by fine on my student loan, so no job for me... :cool

However, considering I only have about 8 hours of lectures and stuff a week, I really should get a job...

Like I said before, good luck with the restart, I hope you can keep it going and make some good gains. :)

well ArTee glad your starting back. I hope to do so VERY soon. Its not been a glorious time away for me thats for sure.
