I am relatively new to this and am very enthusiastic about reaching my goal of BPEL 8" and EG 6"
I started size genetics on 3/7 and have been very consistent on following the instructions and have not missed a day. My stats at that time was BPEL 6" and EG 5.25".
As of today my current stats are BPEL 6.18" and my EG remains the same at 5.25". I am very excited to see my gain of .18". I have also started a week ago pro solution pills, volume pills and PE with their recommended beginner program. I will keep everyone here posted monthly on my progress.

Welcome, your goals seem reasonable if you stick at it as you sound like you've done your research. If you're unclear on anyhting however, dont be affraid to ask :D

Keep us posted how the pills go, I have been sceptical about them myself but if they work they are worth it.

Guys I did not want to measure myself until May 11th, exactly a month later. However I measured my girth today and was extremely excited to measure at 5.4 inches which is a gain of .15 inches in one week. Things are going great. Will keep you posted.

Guys I am back and today is measuring day. And I am very excited to show you my current stats:
4/10/05: starting stats
BPEL = 15.7 cents = 6.18 inches
EG = 13.3 cents = 5.24 inches
5/10/05
BPEL = 16.5 cents = 6.50 inches
EG = 14.3 cents = 5.63 inches
Are these gains normal in one month? What should I expect going forward? My goals are 8 x 6 and I ain't gonna stop til I get there. The support here is great.

Your gains are good for just a month mate, especially girth. Some find it impossible to gain girth altogether. From here however, gains may slow as you get used to PE but you can change your routine accordingly, for example, add more wet jelqs etc to make your routine a bit more intense. But hey, if it aint broke, dont fix it. Good luck!

My routine is pretty simple. I am trying to attack this from a lot of different ways. First of all I am exercising regularly figuring that I can lose a little weight especially in the groin area to reveal more penis. Also regular exercise will have the blood flow through your body better also meaning that the blood flow through your penis is much better.
I am also trying not to eat artery clogging foods that inhibit blood flow once again making the blood flow through your veins and penis better.
I have been using the andro penis since March 11th which keeps the penis stretched for up to 9 hrs in the day. The last two weeks have been tough to do.
I started my PE routine in the beginning of April 2005 and is pretty simple:
1) Warm up with a hot shower
2) The Long Shlong stretch for 5 minutes
3) 300 - 500 Jelqs
4) The Power Stretch 4 minutes
5) Horizontal Movement 3 minutes
6) Back in the shower for warm down
7) PC Flex 200
I also take multi vitamins along with Pro solution pills.
I don't think I am over doing it because I feel great and I am showing gains.
What do you guys think?
