Yes, I know, I created threads like these thousands of times, I am truly ashamed of my penis size very ashamed. I take supplements, PE consistantly, and its been officially 1 year since I started PEing and all I gain is:
1 cm in lenth (0.2")
and about 0.5 cm in girth (0.1")
I scacrifice and gave up all the good shows on TV every mon,wed,fri so that I would PE and all I get is shit, absolute shit. My penis size is well below average, well below that I am even too ashamed to reveal it. In 1 year that is all I got, I probably should give up. It's working for you guys, not for me :cry:

Don't give up Tmac' the reason I'm telling you this is cause in that 1 year you gained almost an 1/4 of an inch in length and thats something. Now trying something new, meaning give my new hanger a try and do what I'm doing.
Now before you start another routine give yourself a 2 month break, actually i gave myself a 5 month break then returned to PE, Now when I say try something new thats exactly what I mean, cause it seems that the routines you have been doing aren't giving you much gains if any..:cool

Than do what I'm doing, look at my hanger pictures then make you one' then do my routine.
OK first you make your hanger, then after you take a break, then you do this.
Sunday- I do a 3 way stretch Up, Down, Straight out, 2X's for 50 seconds hard pulls, plus a 40 second V-stretch 2x's warm down, after 15 Min's of rest hang weights on you penis for 10 to 15 Min's straight down while your standing, then take off your hanger, now you will do a 15 to 20 second heleshake, rest for 5 Min's, put hanger back on' but this time you will take two pillows put them on two chairs, chairs being no more then 6 inches away from one another, now lay down on chair with hanger-weights strap to your penis and this will let you hang straight out for another 10 to 15 Min's after that another heleshake your done for Sunday, you will repeat this routine only on days--> Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday..
Now on Mondays, Wed, and Fridays, you will do this routine.
300 to 400 wet jelgs thats it' now make sure your jelgs are 2 per-second meaning by the time you have counted to 20 you should have done at least 40 jelgs.
Rest on Saturdays, after your second week you will rest for 2 straight days Saturday and Sunday, then for you 3rd week you will continue M-T-W-T-F-S now your 3 week routine is done rest for 3 to 4 weeks depending on how you feel, reason I say this is cause my last routine--> with hanging i did not see any gains till after i rested for 4 weeks, basically it took that long to heal from hanging-weights..Hope this helps..And hope you try this..Good luck Tmac..:cool

Tmac, don't give up buddy. You say time is not on your side, look at me I started PE at age 50. Lived my whole adult life with a 6" cock, that didn't attract girls. I was shy didn't know what to do around a girl and when I finally got one in the sack I was ashamed of my size. Thank God for my wife who didn't care what my penis size was.
Everyone here takes these kind of conversations seriously. I know your angry and disappointed at your lack of gains, but like Clockers suggests, take a break, give the ole penis time to really heal and than try something else. Your 25 and you've got your whole life a head of you, time is not short, in fact if you're like me you got 75 years left to stretch that penis into an 8 incher.

Tmac, post up the routine you have been doing most recently. PE'ing for one year, I hope you only used at most 4 different routines. I say this because it seems like a lot of people need to really hit up one routine for a good 3 months or so to see any results.

Well as from today I was thinking about doing this routine:
hanging on T-T (this targets length)
normal PE routine that consist of jelqs,streches, hardcore warm up and warm down on M-W-F
Also kegeling everyday while rest on saturday and sunday. I also take L-Arginine + L-Orithine which speeds up my healing process.
Hugh, I will stick to this routine for atleast 3 months.
Clockers, I will follow your hanging excercises.
Oldwhiteguy, I appreciate your advice but a 6" cock is all I ask for, just to be normal, just to be average.
Demon, I will rest, only after I've gain first, resting now will make me feel even more guilty, but I promise I'll take it easy.

t mac attack, modified water bottle stretches and holds have worked wonders for me man in only a couple of months they can and will work for you. Check out my progress diary man. I've been doing PE since I was 16 dude. So it's been a while for me. It's not until this year that I found a badass routine that worked and made awesume gains. You gotta keep on doing it man. It is a never a waste of time man.

I only calculate with cm, but I know nearly everyone here uses inches so I just looked and my ruler and tried to convert them into inches. Not mathmetically though, I never understand the inches measurements.

Dude don't worry about it and be an animal with no bars held when you are with her, do that and she will get off better than if you were 9 inches long.
BTW I am stretching everyday and finally seeing some gains come along. Also 3-400 wet jelqs a day. In one month .25" prolly some of it is swelling but it is the first length gains I have seen in close to a year. Some will say I am overworking but I am finally gaining so, remember your body is unique and you have to find what works for you. Come fall I hope to start light hanging everyday so we'll see how it all works.
Stick it through and live it up, everyday creates a regularity for me and it is more a habit now than a planned process. You will gain when you find what is needed for you, it took me a year after I lost it and now have found it your time is near, you just need the proper mindset.

I have never stopped completely with stretching but stopped jelqs and all other NPE for about 8 months and lost .2 inches which has come back easily. Combination of dorm room privacy and lack of motivation. Only about three months was I completely without PE.

An occasional rest is good to heal back up. My suggestion would be every two months take one week off. 2-3 months is too much and you end up losing focus and motivation.

Tmac, my theory with the older guys is that a lot of the gains are coming from penis size that theyve lost over the last 20-30 years through poor circulation. Obviously this isnt always going to be the case, but you never know.

I didn't think I could make these types of gains either, but I put a shit load of time into this pe thing. Post your workout and let me see it, maybe I can give you some pointers
My workout is between 1 1/2 - 2 hours per session 5 days a week. 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off.
At this time I'm flurting with 6 3/4" long, I say flurting with because I float from 6 1/2" -6 3/4" as soon as it stays at 6 3/4" or better I will post it.
I really don't know if age has anything to do with it or not. I do know this, I am not nice to my dick when I'm doing my workout.
I stretch alot throughout the day, I stretch first thing in the morning, anytime I take a piss, while in the shower and befor I go to bed. I also stretch befor my regular workout session, during and really good while cooling off.
I do between 30 and 50 squeezes "pump shaft and head full of blood, then squeeze the blood out of the head, hold for around 20 seconds"
I also do between 300 and 400 jeqls, each one I pc flex freash blood in with each stroke.
I feel most of my gains have come from all the stretching I do.
But, if you try the squezzes, please be careful, they can be very dangerous.I sometimes mix the jeqls with the squeezes, I'll do 50 jelqs and 5 squeezes and so-on or if I get a hardon during my work I will trap the blood till hard on goes away then I will squeeze the head.
Just stay focused and make every part of your workout count, but most important of all don't rush things and hurt yourself.
If your workout is less than mine, slowly work up to my leval.

Thanks alot guys, Warlock I'll post my workout later when I have some time but our routine seems pretty similar especially when flexing my PC muscle to get more blood in every jelq. Although back then I hardly work my PC muscle. Now I'm doing it daily and whenever I can. :wink: Hope that will make a change to my gains instead of just giving me better erections.

But what i mean is a find my girth is not up to the job! My length i am happy with as if it was any bigger it would cause problems when the woman is on top (as it does now at times).

Yeah i may be exaggerating a little, but it does feel that way sometimes. And its 1.9" width.
