Hey Godma,
I am just wondering if you could lay out a basic routine...
i was going to do the following,
5 on 2 off,
- Warm up
- Kegels - 60-80
- Stretches - Out, Right, Left - 20 seconds each
- 150 jelqs - Erection maintenance every 50 jelqs or so.
- Kegels - 60-80
I've read that you reccommend 2 days a week. But i have to ask, what was the routine you followed when you started? What did you gain the MOST off of?
Now, this may seem like a bit of a repetitive inquiry, but maybe you could just lay out some general guidelines?
like a basic routine and schedule to follow, how much to increase depending on level of experiance. etc
I would follow your stikied routine but i am after ERECT size, from what i understand that routine is mainly for flaccid size.
Anything you can provide will be a great help. The more detail the better :)
