My starting measurements are
FL 4.33/110 mm
FG 3.89/99 mm
EL 5.79/147 mm
EG 4.72/120 mm
Started back last week on Assmans routine. Hopefully with better results than last time. Last time life happened. I did the exercises for about a month give or take and then quit. Hopefully this time I will be able to stick with it for a while.. Till I see gains.
These are my new starting stats.. Kind of odd.. I have lost 1/10th of an inch EL. But have gained .22 inches of EG and .16 in FL. Not sure if this has been since starting back or if these happened while I was absent from pe. I guess only time will tell.

Using a tried and tested routine (which you are) is probably the best advice anyone could give to a newbie. Good luck and keep us posted. :wink:

Ok it is now July 7, 2006. My first full week is through. I have dilligently been doing the exercises have not missed a session. I have not measured will do that the beginning of August. I have noticed a difference tho. My flaccid length is consistently fuller. I do not appear to have gained any flaccid length but it is consistently at the larger size. Looking forward to measuring at the end of the month. I believe I will gain hopefully a half inch would be happy with a quarter tho.

I'm in the same boat as you, and I've only been consistently working for 3 weeks starting today. I have noticed a change in the flaccid state. It's not necessarily longer, but the flaccid length doesn't fluctuate as much as it used to before PE (whereas before my penis would decide at any given moment to look a certain length). It is definitely thicker looking, though.
I've heard that flaccid gains are a good sign of erect gains to come, so let's keep our fingers crossed! :wink:

Second week finished. I have still been faithful to the routine every time. Have not missed a session. I have not measured am waiting till a full month has passed first. I have noticed a longer flaccid length and a good bit more erect girth. I am nost sure if I have grown in erect length or flaccid girth. I am just about positive I will have some gains tolist here though.

Hey.
I've been at this a couple of weeks. I agree that in its flaccid state it is far more consistent. I had a bit of trouble getting my grip right so I've probably only done 4 workouts. Feels very different already. Not longer, but definately fuller. I too am resisting the urge to measure until a month has passed. Good luck to all with the gains.

It is now august 2nd. I did the first 2 weeks very consistently. After that I have done nothing. I am going to start back next week no measurements till september. The other day I was screwing my wife and she said not to put it in all the way because it hurts a little. So I believe I have gotten bigger. She had never told me that. But still am not going to measure till september. Anyway flaccid state appears to be a lot fuller at any given moment not as variable as it used to be... stays much larger than it used to.

Consistency is definitely the key. I had my best gains when I was able to do my routine constantly for about two months.

Ok.. I am back. Have been at it almost 2 weeks. Not sure what happened before.... Life I guess. I got really busy and it slipped away. Still no gains to note. Will measure in a month or two. Already have noticed larger hang more consistently. So am looking forward to gaining.

Still on the newbie routine. Doing 110 Wet jelqs and the five way stretches every other day. Along with Wern's kegel's. Today's workout was probably the best yet. Everything just seemed to click. Finished and was hung well. At least a good head or two lower than usual and quite a bit thicker. I always look a little pumped but this was like almost mutant pump. Started out at much higher erection percent prob 85 or so since I always lose erection during jelqing.. Ended at about 60% erect so this is probably the way to go for me. Also I have layed off of kegels for the weekend. PC muscle seemed bit sore so resting seemed like a good idea. Will resume them on Monday hopefully with renewed strength.

I got impatient and measured today. I have gains. Posted in the top message are my current gains. I have gained almost a half inch in EL in less than a month. A little bit of that gain can be due to the fact that erections are much, much harder since starting to kegel daily. Anyway I am happy and much more motivated to continue. Looking forward to reporting many more gains in the future.
