I'm usually well informed of current affairs and I haven't heard of any discovery that makes your dick bigger by simply swallowing a pill - it would be up there with finding alien life on Mars and a cure for cancer. The inventor of such a pill would be up for a nobel prize.

The only way to increase blood flow to the penis is to make your heart pump more or beat faster.

Having an erection or a semi all day long is caused by LESS blood flow and I doubt sufferers of priaprism find it a benefit.
