I'm a huge believer in supplements, but only if your diet is already damn good. Personally, I try to stay away from sugar and carbs, but I don't let it keep me from eating a piece of pie when I REALLY want one. I just like eating healthy.
Currently, I am firm believer in L-Arginine (yes, pun intended :mrgreen). It was sent to men by the Gods, and all men should all take it. I also take a very high-quality fish oil capsule (about 4 grams a day), as well as 1300 mg CLA a few times a day before meals. B-12 is also an essential part of my diet, cause it help my brain work better.
My question is, however, does anyone take any specific supplements to increase the elasticity of the tissue in your penis? I know that Rosehip Seed Oil softens scars, so it should soften the skin as well. Shea Butter also improves the elasticity of the skin, so it may also be benificial to PE.
Which leads me to ANOTHER question: Would it really be benificial to improve the elasticity of the tissue inside the penis? If the real secret behind PE is to inflict cellular damage and then let that damage heal, would you even want the tissue to be LESS susceptible to cellular damage?
If wound-healing is the secret to a fruitful PE experience, then these supplements are proven in labratory studies to accelerate wound-healing:
Calcuim D-pantothenate
Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid)
Ascorbic Acid (especially effective when taken with the B5)
Vitamin C
Glutamine
I hope to add these suppliments to my daily regimen. I know, of course, the value of taking enough protein, and one should probably follow the optimum strategy used by successful bodybuilders: Split your protein into 6 separate servings spread throughout the day.
If you look at my other posts, you'll see that I am a n00by to PE, but I've been a successful bodybuilder for years, I have good frame with a six-pack, and I know how to heal my body after a hard workout. I'm hoping to bring my knowledge of nutrition over the PE realm.
Does anyone else have an opinion on this?
