Agree!
I hate protection when having sex :x the feeling just isn't 1/2 as good when having unprotected sex!
I know! I know!!
you should use protection and you really should the only safe way to have unprotected sex is to have both partner's go get 'HIV," tested then and only then when you both are cleared then fuck each other like a 'DOG, heheh!!

12 weeks in the UK, so basically the test shows what your state of health was 12 weeks ago.

Wow that's a long time to be waiting for your test result's over here in the US. there is a two week wait to be cleared when testing for HIV :cool
Spike
12th April 2005, 10:26 AM
12 weeks isn't the wait for the results - they do same day if you want.
12 weeks is the time it can take for the HIV antibodies to show up in your blood, so if you banged a dirty girl last week a test tomorrow would show neg, while in July may show positive.

I once asked to be tested while visiting the doctor on another matter. the doctor said no. Being lazy at the time I didn't really give a crap. I may have something so keep your daughters at home. (and keep your neice at home clockers)

There is free testing at my school, but whats the point of getting the test and having extra stress in my life if im positive. Not like i can get rid of it knowing i have HIV, so F it.

Cos if you did have it, you can start taking anti-viral drugs and live 10 maybe 20 or more years.

Just for the record the incubation period of the HIV virus is 3 months - i.e the length of time it takes from infection until it becomes detectable in the blood stream, from contracting the virus to having to take medication can range from months to many years depending on the individual - once on medication an individual can expect a more or less normal life span with current therapies - however it differs with each individual. A recent survey done by Positive Nation UK found that new cases of infection are greater now in the hetrosexual community - it would seem that the gay community has begun to take heed of the warnings given over years. Hope that clears up some of the confusion.

Last time I spoke to my doctor he told me that HIV isn't so easy to contract like most people believe. Precaution must ALWAYS be taken whatever the info folks have on this issue.
