Oh man, I hope somebody can help me here. This isn't the first time I've had this problem, I just haven't asked for help... so help!! haha... so yeah, I can klamp off an ejaculation, I feel the pc throbbing, but I use my hand to push down there and stop anything from coming up, that's all good... but after that's all done it feels like I just ejaculated- my arousal goes to 1....... and I lose my erection entirely and have to wait like 20 minutes. Man, this is a real big let down :( ...any help? please?
Thanks
Mike

I think the point is to stop ejaculation with your PC muscle, not with your hand... Maybe I didn't read your post correctly, but it seems like you are trying to stop ejaculation by gripping your penis with your hand... That's why I don't like the usage of the word "clamp" when describing the process doing a long kegel during orgasm to prevent ejaculation...

I use my hand, but not around my penis, I push in where the pc muscle is, like an aid to the pc muscle itself... because no matter how many kegels I do and how strong my pc muscle may be, I can't control the contractions... and no matter how many times I tell myself to stop when it contracts, it just won't stop... which is why I use my hand (it's actually just two fingers)

Well you could try edging. Its a great practice getting you to the point just before orgasm and slowing you down. You keep doing that and you can last a long time. It also makes good usage of the kegel exercises.

I do edging when I masturbate, but how long do you have to practice to see the "real world" results... how long did you do it until you saw a marked improvement?
And another thing, maybe numbing gels are the way for me to go?
Thanks for all the input so far, I'm just trying to take care of this once and for all.

Try it standing up, if you aren't doing that already... It is easier for me to hold back when I am standing up...
