Okay. Kinda new here. I've read about P.E. exercises around the internet, and was interested in giving it a try. Then I found these forums, and I was absolutely amazed that people actually do this.

I have been doing it on a non-routine basis for the past few months, and have seen only a little improvement. I have been light stretching mostly, and seen only a very small improvement, with some additional wet jelqs. I think that if I tried a routine, I may see far better results.

What I liked about these forums when I first fell upon them is that a lot of discussion that goes on in here is not about sex at all. It is just about a man and his penis, which is what I was looking for. Not some tip site with images of a fake doctor and half-naked women all over.

So, I was wondering if anyone had some suggestable routines (which they have experienced success with themselves, preferrably) that may be a good way to get me off on the right foot (I don't want to screw up my dick by doing it incorrectly!!!). Thank you!!!

definitely keep it up and get a solid routine!

if you need a routine to go by, do the newbie routine located on this site, Thoughtpros noob routine. it rocks. I myself have been doing a solid workout for the last 3 weeks now and my penis has made very good improvements. I am not checking for gains at all yet, but i can feel that it is better and more healthy every day. one thing i recommend to help you feel great about your penis is the KEGELS! they are perfect for helping you have harder erections and overall a fuller healthier penis. but you gotta do the rest of the routine too. it doesnt take too much time out of your day, and you will be glad you did. you will be on your way to seeing girls' eyes open wide in amazement the next time they see your penis. and even if you are just doing it for yourself, you will be amazed that it truly does work.

welcome to the community!

Welcome to CC.
I would look to the newbee routines and start slow. Stick with a M-W-F routine and remember the Bobo slogan "Less is More!".

Okay. Ill have a look.

I've been working on my kegels for a little while, but it still feels a little funny. I imagine it probably will be a little wired for a little while. But I'll get into it.

Thanks.
