ok, so i have seen that some people do a lot of kegels in a day. i am wondering if that is just a basic squeeze kegel where you squeeze fast, hold it and release fast, or if it the kegel mentioned in the lasting longer guide, where you build up to the actual kegel squeeze for for seconds and release for 4 seconds as well. and also, which one of these will be more helpful? shoud i just do the flat out squeeze and do a lot if i can? or do the slow ones and do less?
and another thing, i know i asked before about making the glans harder, but is there anyone on the site here who actually has a glans that is as hard as the rest of their erection. and better yet, is there someone who has one, but didnt before they started pe'ing? if so, i would really appreciate any exercises that might single this out. thanks everyone.

Hey mate. Like most things in PE (and maybe in life) it's good to mix stuff up. That is a mix of short intense kegels, longer squeezes, and some really long ones.
You could do these at separate times in the day, or do smaller amounts of all three together a few times a day.
When I wake up in the morning before getting out of bed I do 100 quite short kegles, then 30 longer ones, then do a 30 second kegel, 30 second rest, 30 second kegel, 30 second rest.....etc....until I can't anymore, or I get bored, or I'm gonna be late.
Works for me anyway.

This is my personal theory:
The short ones are good for developing strength.
The long ones develop strength and control.
I mix both.
Daily Routine:
60 Long Reps (4 to 5 second)
180 Short Reps (2 to 3 second)
I probably should do more.

What Axelrod and Seek&Destroy say about the kegels is correct as I understand it. I just do short intense kegels, holding for about a second and then releasing. I do them in quick sucession and do about 500 a day.
As far as making the glans harder, I'm not sure that is possible. I think the spongey tissue of the glans will always be spongey, but you can make the head bigger through target holds.

Yeah work towards doing about 500 a day. I do them in the flacid state because you can spread them out during the day. :) Not sure that it will make the glands harder!?:?

yeah, i was just checking, it seems like kegels might be the only way. and that is only because it allows harder erections. but otherwise, i was just wondering, because in porn and stuff, it seems as if some of the glans are just rock solid, but it is probably because they have some of the hottest chicks on the planet in front of them.

I agree about the hot chicks, thats for sure. Not too sure if that has anything to do with how hard your gland is. Besides porn is all done with mirriors!:lol:
