I have been thinking about this for a while. Now we warm up because it reduces chances of injury just like you warm up before working out/doing your working sets.
warming up loosens everything up and warms up the tissues making them more pliable (thats just what I have read somewhere i think).
My idea is that the longer you warm up the less you have to do in actual PE (wet jelqs, dry jelqs, holds, etc.). Since those tissues are loosened and easier to work from warming up for 10 minutes then 5 you shouldnt have to do as many jelqs.
Take Hugh as a example. he warms up 14 minutes last time I checked. And does maybe a total (wet and dry) of 150 and he has gained a lot.
This might add a little bit to the less is more theory. Those are just my thoughts (i have to think about something while im warming up/cooling down).
