I have mentioned this before in other threads but thought maybe it deserved its own thread because I believe it is very beneficial to PEing and more people should try it. I think it's the main reason for my significant gains.
Try kegeling while you masterbate because you can do a massive amount of hard kegels. It makes kegeling much easier because you can keep a hard erection the whole time with good blood flow into the penis.
What I do is kegel with every stroke. Try to masterbate as long as you can, always stopping before your PONR. During this exercise, your penis will be erect to its full potential and then some. Incorporating these kegels into your masterbation routine will make kegels seem like a passive part of an exercise that you enjoy doing. Recently I counted doing 2000 kegels in one session! In addition, masterbating for a long period of time and stopping before your PONR is supposed to increase your penis' stamina during sex and give you better orgasms. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone in this exercise!

Sorry if this is too detailed, but theres a vein that runs along the top side of my penis going from the base straight up it towards the head. I hold that vein with my thumb and hold my pc muscle lightly with my index finger (making a C shape with my fingers), this keeps my penis full to the max with blood without cutting off circulation because other veins aren't blocked off. While doing this I kegel hard with a 100% erection and my penis baloons up huge in length and girth. I repeat this balooning kegel multiple times. I think this forcing of blood into the erect penis will cause it to expand bigger in length and girth while working your PC muscle. It seems kind of intense but I haven't gotten hurt doing it yet.
