Have you ever tried holds? If you've been doing jelqs for a long time, even if not regularly, your dick should be used enough to the stresses for you to try some holds.
A standard routine might look something like this:
warmup
1-2 x 30 second stretches in all directions
100-300 wet jelqs
(maybe) 50-200 dry jelqs
(maybe) 2-10 x 30 second holds
warmdown
The reason the numbers have to be so general is that it will depend on how used to the exercises your dick is. If you can manage hundreds of jelqs without your dick going limp or sore then go for it; if not then gradually work your way up to a higher number by adding maybe 10 extra each week. The standard schedule would be M-W-F.

You're in the same situation that I was.
First time I saw the site I was 15, but I didn't actually try the exercises till I was 17 and didn't do them consistently. Now at 18 I'm wishing I had just given it a go because naturally I didn't grow as big as I wanted to.
