i've been tending to incorporate stretches into my routine, i'll do wet then dry jelqs followed by a couple 30 second stretches then repeat with higher reps. but because of the placement/my impatience/my concern with losing all the blood i've stored up during the jelqing, i'm usually at a pretty erect state up to 80% sometimes. i'm curious wether this is a waste of time or not? it feels like it does something, but i could be wrong. i don't do any flaccid/mostly flaccid stretches because i've heard they only help with the flaccid length, which isn't really all that important to me. thanks for your help fellas.

And how many guys do you know with 8" flaccid/7" erect?

If you aren't interested in flacid gains, maybe you should drop the stretches. I wonder what tugging at an erect penis does? Maybe works the ligaments at the base?

when i try doing stretches close to full erection its pretty hard to pull it farther out. i would think doing stretches either flaccid, or erect would pull on the tendons at the base.

stretching is a good warmup exercise. It prepares the ligaments for the pull they experience during jelqs. Or you can stretch intensily to lengthen you penis

i do some stretching in my warm up in an attempt to loosen everything up. what does it mean to stretch the tendons at the base? what kind of effect will this have on my willy wonka? Should i only stretch when i'm fully flaccid, is a little erection ideal? so i take it by spikes sarcasm that stretching will effect erect length as well? i don't know where i got the dumb idea that stretching only increased flaccid length. but you guys are the experts. thanks for the help!

i stretch so that when i get started on my jelgs everything is loose and ready for full blood flow. its like working out without warming up or stretching, the muscles arent ready, and cant work at maximum.
also, i prefer to stretch closer to full flaccidity (sp) because when my penis gets erect its alot harder to stretch.
this is a guess, but i would assume that stretching the tendons at the base makes them longer, thus the penis would stick out farther. now this is just a guess. also if you stopped stretching the tendons they would eventually tighten up like all tendons.
