Sup guys, ive been reading the forums for about a month now and decided to finally register and start a log to see how progress goes... Current stats = 6.5" bone pressed and 4.5" on girth. I was thinking of splitting my stretching and Jelqs/holds on different days...so this is what im going to try for a while.

Monday,Wednesday,Friday - 5 way stretches (15-20 seconds) then Heli's

Tuesday,Thursday,Saturday - 150 Wet Jelqs, a couple holds

5 Minute warmups before and 5 minute warmdowns after always :D

Ill keep you guys posted on my progress and if you wish to share any thoughts feel free... thanks =)

Workouts went well this week, felt a bit sore yesterday and today so i didnt workout and will start again monday fresh =) Will measure up again around june 20. :D

I was thinking about measuring around june 20th to give it about a month or so, so i can maybe see some gains.... so about every month, what do you think about this?
