im about to start the 5 day on two day off simple program of thermo quoted in the advance routine sticky, and wonder what you guys think about something. it calls for 10-15 minutes of high quality jelqing (80%), however i dont do well with this because i have trouble maintaining a certain erection level for more than 10 or 15 jelqs (either i get all hard or too soft) so i thought i could find the number of seconds in 15 minutes then divide by four for the length of each jelq, giving me the number so that i can take my time and do each one to the fullest. sound good? i dont see why it wouldnt work, i think it comes out to being about 275 jelqs

You can maintain a certain level of an erection by having a strong PC muscle. You can kegel in blood with every 10th jelq. So every 10th jelq kegel (contract PC muscle intensely) 5 times (1 full second for each contraction) in order to pump more blood into your penis. Then continue jelqing.

i usually just jelq, then stop when it goes down a bit let it fill up a bit by heli or just a shake.
i am wondering if the lack of continuity is less effective tho.

hmm, well helis are only supposed to be performed in your flaccid state. So by the time you can do one there's no erection left. If you are doing helis in an erect state (ie above 25%) I think you can cause some serious damage.
