N.B - kegeling while doing holds can work well. Just remember to slightly loosen your grip when you kegel, then reapply the pressure grip. This'll really get it pumped up.

No. You should only start with holds after at least 3-4 months into PE. They are the most intense exercises and can cause serious injuries. Even when you're well into PE, one should be careful with holds.

Uli's are a more intense hold. Not for newbies. V stretches and a stretches just concentrate mostly on the tunica and are fine to do in my opinion. sasack's slinky is VERY intense and NOT AT ALL FOR NEWBIES. I suggest at least 4 to 6 months before attempting it.

Does this focus more on head size rather than girth?

Thanks and Welcome to CC! Actually, it really focuses on over all girth. Their are targeted holds and such that focus on the head, however.

Watch those holds, watch them good. They work well for a reason. Just make sure you do not blow it up.

Yeah it is a dangerous, but as long as you ease up, you should be fine. no dry jelqs though.....they are bad news in my opinon :cry:

I do holds after iv done Jelqs for about 6/7 minutes, at 1 jelq per second. I use vaseline, which works wonders, iv tried to do jelqs in the shower but i prefer vaseline, give it a try and see for yourself.
For holds i sit down and use my little finger, the one next to it and my middle finger (little finger to grip it, then the next one, then the middle one, forcing blood 'up' the penis, repeat) to pump and force blood into my penis and when theres enough, i grip it tight with 4/5 fingers, then sit forward as this pumps it up alot more than just holding it, i then hold it so its buldging, all the vains are popping out of it and i can feel the inside of it stretching, i'l hold it for about a minute, then let go, then i do a 30 second shake, then do another hold, in total i'l do 4/5 holds after i've done the jelqs. I also use vaseline for the holds, but theres usually enough left on my hand/penis from doing the jelqs.

I know, and i intend to, cheers. :)
If i don't PE for about a week or so, then go back into the holds, i can feel it stretching inside, but if i do it everyday or every other day, i can never feel any stretching, even with them holds i do, which are intense.
