Hey guys, i just thought of something the other day during my routine...

I'm currently doing 300 wet jelqs in my routine..each one probably lasts about 2 seconds


BUT, since im aiming mainly for GIRTH, does anyone think it'll be more effective for girth gains if i do half the amount of jelqs but double the time of each stroke...in other words do 150 jelqs that are 4 seconds each


Any advice/feedback is greatly appreciated...I NEED girth!

i havnt seen gains with this, havnt been doing it very long, but it always gets my dick totally filled with blood and when im done its swollen considerably. what i do is achieve an 80-90% erection then grab the base with a hand, using the other to jelq palm down while always mainting the other grip at the base. itll give both hands and you cock a burn that youll feel for a while

The longer jelqs mean that blood will be trapped in the penis under more pressure for a longer amount of time. Just don't go overboard with you PE'ing. Girth gains come very slow, so overdoing exercises will only gain you the risk of injury.

So, in theory, do you think it'll make any difference if i cut the jelqs in half but double the time of each one?

Same here, for example holds are jelqs without the movement so i would have thought they would do the same job as slow wet jelqs except maybe the aded pressure to the head of your dick, you dont wana make that explode!

i'm with the general consensus, changing up your jelq length is definitely a good thing. though i don't know if the equation is sound or not. you'll probably want to do more than 150, but you'll only really know for sure when you try. your guy will let you know how your doing!

I've recently been doing a wet jelq which probably was more likely to do girth gains. Quite slow strokes at times because of the pressure being too good.

I've decided its pointless for me to carry on like that as I'm going for length at the moment.

I did notice though that if I stopped applying lube, its becomes a very good dry jelq once the vaseline soaks in. Good intensity, slow pace and good grip. Eventually I'll be using this to try and improve my girth. Dry jelqs I've tried before havent really worked.

Wet jelqs are mainly for length but they also contribute for girth gains. 4 secs each stroke is what I would call it a good quality wet jelq, you're just improving your technique. You have nothing to loose there.
