I've read of how some people don't like it, but cheap ole hand cream works well enough (Vaseline Intensive Care, Jergens, etc).. Keep a glass of water nearby to dip your hand in when it gets absorbed (instead of reapplying cream) to reactivate.

I still like baby oil the best, you must reapply now and then but it cleans up easy!

I find the water based sex lubricants didn't work well for me. Even with water to activate, I had to re-apply. I went back to babyoil gel, cost about $4.00 CDN tax in, which is about 1/3 the cost of the sex lubricants.

I just keep a towel handy for cleanup and the babyoil gel comes right off with soap and water in the shower.
