Hi everyone ive been a member of this site for QUITE a long time never posted though. A bodybuilding board i was on had link to this site about 4 years ago. Anyway never came about actually doing it, read alot of posts and have all your tutorial videos downloaded and am read to go.
My penis size is dissapointing to me and needs help in both girth and length. Need help with stamina as well i go to fast. I've tried to squeeze my pc muscle at the point of no return to no avail many times i guess because it is not strong enough.

Warm up: Shower.
-Stretches: All directions up, down, left, right, hold for 30 seconds each.
HOW COME YOU DONT STRETCH OUTWARDS?
-Circulation: Helishakes (“how to” below). 10-15 seconds.
-Dryjelqs x 150 about 3 seconds a stroke
-Wetjelqs x 150 about 3 seconds a stroke
-Circulation: Helishakes 10-15 seconds
Warm down: Shower
KEGELS?
Can i do kegels as well? How many do you recommend?
I guess i cant do holds yet or any other cool techniques but that is for the best.

Saw the long thread on penis extender im getting would like to get one but im sure it's to early.

ANy suggestions, changes, comments on routine welcome and appreciated.

Welcome to CC BigBody.

I stretch outwards and you can too. Theres no rule that says you have to though.

You might want to consider either cutting out the dry jelqs or reducing both the wet and dry jelqs to about 75 each, increasing them slowly over the next few weeks.

I like to do my wets first then my drys. And I like to do about have of the number of wets for my drys. So if I do 100 wets I do 50 drys. So if you do as TBB says at first its great then increase your wets to be twice as many as your drys. Of course i think that TBB is saying to keep them the same because you wish to increase length and girth. After a while you will find out which comes easier for you. Girth comes easy for me but length is a tuffer thing for me. GOOD LUCK AND WELCOME TO CC!:D
