Hey all, as you may know I have dedicated myself to a short warm-up, very brief streches, kegels, and 20 mins of wet jelqing a day. My only concern is with my girth which is about 4.5in and definitely something I want to improve on. My question is, has anyone used a certain exercise that has proven to be successful in regards to girth?

Keep doing those exercises for a month or two then, you can do exercises devoted to girth mainly.

but i suggest doing dry jelqs.

I too am aiming for girth..I'm 4.5'' too

I want to make my routine more girth oriented...right now its warmup in shower, 300 wet jelqs wiht 20 sec. helis every 25, 100 dry jelqs (50 base-mid, 50 mid-head), then warm down


I want to add holds but dont know how many/how long they should be

And for some reason when I do dry jelqs they just dont feel effective (especially the mid-head ones)

I dont think mid-head dry jelqs do much good, if you think about it, your only pushing blood to the head of your penis which aint gona do much for the girth of the rest of your dick. I say stick to base-mid dry jelqs and holds.
