ive been peing for a while with no gains (id say consistantly for at least 2 1/2 months). i have experienced improved erections that seem to go deeper inside (even at the base where the penis exits the body is rock hard, i dont think this used to be the case). i havnt even seen any flacid gains, which ive heard usually comes first. if anything ive seen very very slight erect gains and of course the improved quality , has anyone else had this happen to them? im not discouraged by slow gains by any means, im only worried that i may not be gaining as quickly as i could be (or at all). i think you guys can understand this worry, i feel blessed to know about this little secret and if hate to fuck around and not get all i can out of it. anyway, does anyone suggest a certain workout pattern and also what do you think of doing purely jelqs with some stratching and the helis? and, how long did it take to see measurable gains? i feel although i havnt gained size nessisarily and it isnt measurable that it looks a little more impressive, but im wanted some recodable growth sometime.

I have an exercise that may help you. I have been using it and it delivers the goods. I just don't know if it is this exercise alone that has given me this month's gains (which I will post soon).

Ancient Stretch - ADVANCED EXERCISE

Erection - 0% - try to be flacid.
Time - up to 10 minutes per set. This exercise is done outside of you normal routine.
Warmup - preferred but not necessary
Stretch strength - incredibly light

The purpose of this exercise is to put your penis into a constant state of being stretched. This works along the theory of the ancient tribes in Africa and South America in which people contort parts of their body - ei ears, skull and neck - over a long period of time using devices to hold them in a certain position.

What this exercise involves is very lightly stretching the penis for between 2 and 10 minutes at a time. Now when I say lightly stretching I mean so light that it almost isn't a stretch. It is basically just beyond the point of not being a stretch. The stretch is so light that the ok grip required for it should NOT stop blood flow to the head. It will probably restrict some blood but I would say it would restrict 10-20%. There shouldn't be more than a minor change in the head's colour (as opposed to a normal stretch which changes the colour to red from blood being trapped there).
Every couple of seconds, lightly kegel some blood into the penis.
Every minute or two release the hold and massage the penis for blood flow (you can never have anough blood flow),

You don't have to do this while in your normal routine. Do it after a shower while your drying out, watching TV, reading a book or surfing the net (learn to type with one hand or something).

Steve it took me a very long time to make any gains - I've been PEing on and off for about 3 years but never really committed to it - the only gains I had were after a solid 3 month block that gave me 1/4" in EL no gains in EG that was using Godma's routine which I like cos it's easy to follow. If you're finding that one routine isn't giving any gains after a few months then change it, you're more likely to make gains when you're doing a routine that's new and interesting. Some people make gains immediately - others like me take a while to get there - I guess it's just about staying focused!

thanks very much guys, ill definitly give the ancient stretch a try. as for the routine, i think im going to give the one mentioned in the thermoquote a try. basically its a very light 10 minute jelqing sessions performed 5 days a week, makes sense to me as you stretch the penis less but more frequently, hopefully rulling out overtraining, also the 2 day rest helps with that as well as preventing a "groove" for setting in (as goes for PE anyway)
