First off i think i will take a break.

Anyone want to hook up a good SOLID promising routine?

Matt? Godma? --- anyone :cool

i want to keep it simple --- no outlandish exercises. strictly jelqs.
kegel routine would be cool to.

K heres one that i garuntee u will start u off in the right direction cuz its directly from PA. but lets not say anything about that :p

Start : warmups while doing kegels, do 3 sets of 20 kegels, each lasting 1 second

Now do stretches front, right and left for 20 seconds each and do heli shakes in between.

Get ur blood going again either by another warmup or by slapping ur dick on ur leg for 1 minute. (GENTLY!)

Do 150 wet jelqs

Warm down - 3 sets of 20 kegels same as starting

Rub ur penis gently to make sure blood is going again

5 days and week , saturday and sunday off. Add 150 wet jelqs 2nd week. Hope this gets u on the right track :)
