do you put the ruler at the base of your wang, where stomach and penis meet, or do you just measure what you can get in a girl.....and do you push your dick down when you measure, so its perpendicular to the body or do you let it stay diagnol?

Measure where penis meets stomache (so topside of the penis), penis is paralel to ground, press ruler into your stomache until it is pressed against your pubic bone. Then it will be BPEL - Bone-Pressed Erect Length - the correct measure

Don't forget, most rulers don't have the inches starting from the end ruler, they inches norally start about 1/4 inch up. Did you factor that into your measurement?

Firstly, you are PEing not because you want (for example) 8 inches and that's that. If you want 8 inches, it's because it is large relative to the average penis size (and arguably to most penis).
So it's all about relativity. If you can only get 5inches into a chick, you now know that most guys with 6 1/4 inches can only get 5 inches in. I personally think that you can get about 90-95% of BPEL into a chick depending on the position you are fucking in

Just a note guys, the penis doesn't meet the 'stomach', it meets the pelvis where the pubic bone is. That's where the term 'bone pressed' and 'non-bone pressed' measurement comes from.

The whole concept of how much of your dick you can in a girl is a weird one. It all depends on what you do, how and where you do it. I would think that missionary would get the least amount of penetration but some fancy stuff with her leg over your shoulder could get you maximum depth.
