AHH this has been my issue for a long time, i love looking and feeling big and if you lift weights and what not most people konw that you have to bulk up and put on the weight to get big and then cut, well ive been bulking i gained 17 lbs slowly gettin big but ive lost a lot of my abs and now have a lil love handles so it drivce me crazy, so i dont know what i want to be big as fuck, but just havce a flat stomach no abs, or be a lil smaller but be cut with 6 pack abs. I know girls like the abs, but i love feeling big in clothes you know wen u go ouy and what not AHHHHHH what are your thoughts on this issue. because doing both is extemely difficult if not impossible for me

I'd say do whatever you want.. whatever makes you feel better.. not what you assume chicks want.
Personally, I'd rather be tight and cut, I always feel faster when a loose a few kgs. but it's alot easier (for me) to chunk up.

I like my slim size, no muscles, I barely have a six pack. I want to be cut though. :roll:

Right now I'm in that bulking stage..although there IS a way to gain muscle while losing weight. A great amount too, a lot of movie stars do a smilar program as to the one I do (I modified mine slightly to fit my needs but..)

A testimonial from myself on this "program". It feels great and intense. A lot of people complain that it's just "to much". These people don't eat enough and therefor don't give there body the extra energy that it needs. My stomache is getting tighter (I don't have abs yet, I never did but it IS getting much more defined). My arms are bigger (I've gained about an inch in the arms so far, I don't think this program goes in depth with the arms until weeks 5 - 8). Right now I'm focusing on shoulders really and I've already gotten compliments ("Stop taking creatine", "You look bigger, have ou been working out?") I don't take creatine or any of that other bullshit except protein shakes and amino acids (although the only amino acid I take helps you lose weight and the other is for my penis :P)

You may be asking yourself, "Why the fuck would I want to learn this shit?" I believe that if you know a lot about biology (the way the body works, the nerves, the muscle fiber, etc. etc.) you'll be ahead of the game. You know what works and why it works, you'll know how to optimize your results.

im gonna do something called Guerilla Cardio, which is simply 3 times a week 4 20 second sprints at full speed with 10 sec breaks between what this does is increase ur metoblism enough to burn fat but not muscle so you burn all the fat but lose no muscle is this what your referring to i havent read ur post yet lol.

DC has recommended:
No carbs after 6-7pm (only protein and fruit and veg)
Cardio in the morning on off days (also helps get bigger appetite throughout the day)
And above all, if you wanna get huge, you're wasting time going through bulking and cutting phases. Bulk for 3-5 years (or as long as it takes to be as big as you want to be), keeping weight in check with cardio, then think about cutting. Its a no-brainer for me: Sit on ~15% BF and bulk straight for 3-4 more years, then cut down and maintain.
Take it or leave it hehe
Green Tea also helps raise metabolism, as well as those thermo supplements or whatever they're called.
And you've gained an inch in the arms? in 2-3 weeks?? :-O wow
You might actually wanna take creatine ya know, first time I went on it I went up in all my lifts, gained several pounds and didnt feel so fatigued after 30 minutes in.

There are much easier ways raising your metabolism :P But yeah running is good, I'm an american though so i'm entittled to being a lazy fat fuck :D

haha demon no way im a fitness freak, ive decided to start gueirlla cardio as it entails very good results and makes complete sense, i shouldnt lose much muscle mass so this morning i start sprints, ill start lifting again monday back into routine.

4 20 second sprints are only going to be enough for the first week, maybe. You are basically talking about interval training in a cardio sense. Try reading this http://www.musclemedia.com/training/hiit.asp

Gracious sir, t-nation is great for articles and of course bodybuilding.com. Any biology site aswell that deals with tissue, muscle, etc. is also a huge plus. Give someone a manual car and he'll be able to run it. But if he knows how the manual shifting actually works he can use that knowledge to switch gears at the perfect time for greater acceleration (good for those drag races). I like ot apply the same rules to muscle body building. One thing that I was reading today...ALWAYS eat a lot of protein.
And one thing about girls, they don't *need* guys with six packs. They like them in the same way we like our girls having that perfect heart shaped ass ;) But you wont fuck a girl just because her ass isn't perfect? Well...maybe I wouldn't..but that's because I'm 100% beef and 100% asshole (copyrighting that by the way I'll print them on t-shirts and sell them to you guys). So bulking up isn't so much of a bad thing at all. And when you have a shirt on your shoulders make you look like a friggin beast.

Hugh i made mistake its actually 8 20 second sprints with 10 sec breaks, i did only 3 today and i almost puked, but its because for the past 4 months ive just been lifting hard no cardio.
