hey folks,

I have been useing the following routine for a month (3 on 1 off):

5 min warm-up
15sec stretching 5 ways
50 dry jelqs
150 wet jelqs
5 min warm down

Does anyone have any suggesstions? i am getting through the Peing without a problem!!! Should i just up the amount i do ? or is there another exercise i can throw in????

If you're gaining, then don't change. If it's not broken, why fix it?

Even if you weren't gaining, you're only a month in. After 2 months of no gains, then we can talk changes.

I agree with O.S. you are only a month in, stick with it. However, if you feel that you MUST do something maybe increase your stretch time to 20 or 30 secs. and manybe increase your wets to 200 but no more!

Souds pretty good, I'd do 1 min. stretches each direction.

I usually only do 30 second stretches. I would have thought thqat 15 secs in not quite long enough, but if it's working then stick with that :wink:

Well it does depend on the intensity of the stretch, so if your pulling lite to med then a minute stretch is fine. I do 40 second stretches each way' my intensity is med to hard pulls..:cool


But all in all it depends on you' and only you, you know what your body can take?? Just remember when starting out as a noob; just be careful is all and work your way up --> and do your home'work "Read" .:cool
