Hello... my name George. I have been PE'ing for about 2 months now and have seen good results +1/2 in. leght, +1/4 in. girth. But.... the thing that Im most paranoid is whether I should gradually increase the number of days I PE or should I stick to my routine.


PE'ing day: Th, Sat., M Off: T,W,F, Sun.
-5 minute warm-up in shower
-stretching in every directions (left,up,down,right,straight foward) 5 times
-500 wet jelqs each lasting 2-3 seconds. Finish in about 25-30 minutes
-5 minute rest
-200-300 3 second kegels
-5 minute warm-down


Should I increase the number of days I pe??? Should I PE Th,Sat,Mon,Wed instead??


I need some info. on how to gain girth.

Since you have been PE'ing for a while I suggest you incorporate Holds and Dry Jelqs. Take it easy though

First the most important question: Are you still gaining? If you do, dont change anything for now. You're fine as it is. But if you aren't gaining or eventually stop gaining, you have to change your routine. There are dozens of ways to do this.
For girth (although an 1/4 inch girth gain is awesome) you can try start doing light holds.

Congratulations it seems you have found a routine that is working for you. For now dont change a thing. If you stop gaining you can change the routine around like valk said. Another good way to help when you are not gaining is to take small breaks.

One thing is I dont think you have to incorperat kegels into your routine. just warmdown immediately after working out and then do kegels, as well as doing thme throughout the day.

Does the amount of sex and/or masturbation slow down the healing???
I've heard not to cumm for atleast an hour or so.

Also, when I kegel, I sometimes feel my right side of my peter in pain. Is that a problem??? Should I give my penis more rest??? I was thinking that perhaps that was a sign of my penis not properly healing.

Its recomended that you dont cum 5 hours before or 5 hours after PEing. This is just a theory however and hasnt been proven essential to gain, some people follow it, some dont. However, i would advise leaving it for atleast a couple of hours before as then you can get the erection level you need to jelq and your PC muscle will be fresh and recomend leaving it for atleast a couple of hours after to give your dick and PC muscle a rest.

As for the pain your experiencing, no idea, maybe you strectched that side a little too hard. Maybe just rest up for a week and see what happens. If it continues to hurt though, see a doctor.

Another thing. Right now I penis feels weird as if i fucked for 2 hours straight, which I havent. Perhaps I should cut down on my jelqs (500 wetjelqs) to about 350 wet jelqs. You think reducing this amounts of jelqs will stop me from gaining ??? OR should I give myself a week off?? A little help you truly be appreciated. :(

500 jelqs is A LOT. I'd only be doing 500 one day a week. If you are a beginner 350 is a good amount to do after a couple of weeks.,
