HEYA!!
welcome welcome welcome to my brand spankin' new progress journal!! With this journal i hope to hold my self accountable as well as share my journey with others of the same interest. I started PEing two weeks ago, and am planning on staying consistent and enthusiastic. i'll probably measure once a month and share my gains, my statistics are as follows:

when my willie is fully flaccid it measures in at a whopping 3.5 inches
when my willie is entirely erect it spans 6.5 inches
and if i were to circumnavigate the girth of my boomstick (erect) it would take me 5 years! (traveling at 1 inch a year)

i am an active 24 year old individual, i have a physically demanding job, as well as a passion for riding my bike around the city and skateboarding like a mother fucker. I do push-ups, squats, and crunchs as well to stay extra fit. all this is juxtaposed with a penchant for cigarettes and malt liquor.

my current routine involves five minutes of hot wraps some light stretching followed by 3 second wet jelqs about 50, 3 second dry jelqs about 25, some more stretching, then twice the number of both wet and dry jelqs, some more stretching. then twice the number of previous jelqs. i pay close attention to my unit so as not to over work it. i am taking arginine / ornithine pills every day to aid with recovery.

i have a goal of 8 inches in length and 6 in girth. AND WILL NOT REST UNTIL I GET THERE!!! at least not much more than eight hours a night

I'd step up the wet jelqs to 200-300 since you have been going for 2 weeks already. Just go easy and listen to your wee wee

Id wait to see if you gain with the current routine, if not, then up the jelqs but yeh, listen to your dick, he'll let you know. Welcome and good luck.

i'm still trucking along, another week before my measuring! i have a good feeling i've gained some girth, but i could be hallucinating. take care!

i'm definitely gaining, maybe not as much as i would have hoped, but i'm still psyched. think i need to work some more good stretches into my routine.

4.25 flaccid
6 2/3 erect
5.25 girth

well i'm approaching another measuring day, my routine is starting to make a little more sense to me, i feel like i'm starting to fully understand the exercises. which is probably going to help me gain, as i have a feeling much of the process is mental, positive thinking may have a much bigger (hehe) effect on your ding-dong than the number of jelqs you do. i'm trying to visualize the expansion of the tissues during the workout, rather than what i'm going to get from the grocery store later.

i'm peing m-w-f and one of the weekend days, i do light stretches on off days. i do a total of 350 wet jelqs each session, broken up by dry jelqs and stretches. i've been doing this stretch over my wrist that feels great on the middle of my shaft, i do them up and down in 30 second intervals. does anyone know if those will add curvature to my dick? i'd like it to curve up a bit. take care all, good luck on all your respective units.

well another measuring day came and went and now i'm back on the road to more gains. my routine is still stable, i'm kegeling more than i used to and i think that is kind of making up for any level of adaptation my wang may be developing for the jelqing/stretching. so that i still feel the need for a rest day, and don't need to up the jelq count anymore. on to the stats!
so you guys might be psyched for me.
my new erect length is 7"
my girth is 5.25"
and my flaccid length is 5"
i was hoping for more girth but, fuck, i'm pretty psyched to be a legit 7 incher, its actually about 7.15" when i'm about to pop, but i think 7 is more accurate on average. take 'er easy

thanks for the support guys, coming to this site really helps to keep me motivated! i'm a little less than two weeks from my next measuring day, and i am psyched. i started doing holds in my set. my current routine is
5 min warm up with hot wraps and heli-shakes
10 or so minutes of stretches ( i try to hold each one for at least 45 seconds
then out comes the baby oil
50 wet jelqs at about 70%
25 dry jelqs at 80%
2 holds for 20 seconds each ( i do about 10 wet jelqs after each hold)
a few 45 second holds ( i tend to have a bit of an erection during these, plus the baby oil makes me feel like these aren't really doing much )
100 wet jelqs
50 dry jelqs
2 more holds
more stretchs
then 100 more wet jelqs, sometimes 200 depending on how my dick feels
about 50 to 100 dry jelqs
3 holds
more stretches in the shower as i warm down

ok i'll keep you up on my progress.

That's an intense routine. I would stick to the original routine because it was so successful - .6 inches gain in a month is clearly something to boast about, as is the .25 increase in girth. Yikes!

But if you feel that it is necessary to change it, good luck.

Never change the routine while gaining, You can't speed up the gains! Anyway, good luck, Bubba!

the only thing way my routine changed was i added a few holds, and that was because i wasn't gaining in girth after the first month. everything else is the same as last month. thanks for the concern though!

The holds add more strain to the routine, so if it makes it too intense (if You don't gain), then cut something else off to keep it in balance.
