You know what they say, great (British) minds think alike. :D
You gains are pretty good, I have trouble keeping track of how people are doing unless they have their starting stats with a date and their current stats with a date, but judging by yours things are coming along nicely. :)
As for the date thing, I swear Americans just change stuff that we have to be difficult and try and be different from us. Like taking the 'u' out of words like 'colour' and 'armour'. Bah! :P

The thing I hate most is rascism in the US. But I go to a school that is about 50/50 as far as blacks to whites and myself being white I don't understand some of the things they do, but I respect that that is their thing. I play guitar at school and they try to say stuff. I don't make fun of them for having a fake set of gold teeth in their mouths.
On a lighter note we're all americans, can't we just be ignorant togeather? :D

Americans are generally stereotypes as arogant on like british TV and stuff but i dont think many English actualy believe it, unless theyre arogant themselves. Shit fuck bum!
Measured today as i couldnt be arsed to wait until the 8th and i'm exactly the same. Thats the 3rd month in a row and ive been really good with not missing workouts etc this month. Im not going to PE until the 8th as i have once seen little gains once stopping for a week long break.
Here are my options on what to do next, as im not going to give up:
1. Have a long break and try to start a fresh in say 2 months time.
2. Carry on going and increase the intensity of my workout (Current routine can be seen at the top of the page but my hands get knackered after 250 jelqs so itll be hard).
3. Try different routine days, maybe 2 on, 1 off (rather than 1 on, 1 off).
4. Go extreme and try Godmas routine or something.

i dont know exactly what ur doing and im not trying to be an ass but in 1 year u should have gained a lot more. either 1) your technique is not good, or 2) ur routine sucks for you or 3) your in-consistant
You need to work on all 3 and gains will come much faster.

Im PEing like i usually do, ive just stopped gaining which is why im asking for advice. I was gaining so figured there was no need to change anything (if it aint broke, dont try and fix it), but now im not gaining, i have to do something about it. Im just unsure on what to do next.

I duno, i was just thinking of giving it a break for 2 or 3 months then come back fresh. Maybe i should increase intensity though, see if that works first, if not, then ill give it a break.

I can't mention who suggested this, but this is supposed to be a really good exercise:
30 second stretch: While Stretching, squat (you will then get a better stretch) but contract/flex and then hold your PC muscle (so as to bring some blood into the penis).

The great thing about a break is that when you come back you will be super motivated and really have the best attitude about PEing. Everything will be fresh, just like the new CC!!

Well then its decided, this month i will try an intense routine (not sure how intense but its gona be tough) and if i dont gain this month, i will review my status, i may carry on for another month if i missed alot of sessions for example. If i dont gain after my new and improved routine then i will have a break for a couple of months... I'll post my new routine when i think it up, i'll restart PE on the 8th of April :D

even though this goes against everything people say around here i say do more. u need more wet jelqs in there. u should be up to 500 a session by now. im up to 300 a session and im only on week 2 of my routine and i already see gains.

Magnum becareful mate. The last thing you'd want to do is burst your peepee. Having said that, yeh Shane, increase your jelqs buddy :wink: . Or perhaps have your last session of the week (ie friday) include an extra 200 jelqs so even if you overwork it you get the two days rest. Oh yeah.

eKP0to your body, if you think you can handle more then do it! if you don't need to take a day of rest every other day then sneak an extra work out day in. just don't freak out and destroy your wingwang doing 5 minute holds :shock: . mixing it up would be the best way to bust out of your plateau, but mostly... STAY POSITIVE and have confidence in the techniques, they work!

Ok here's where im at....
No PEing for a while.
Yes you heard correctly, with the most important exams of my life to date rapidly approaching i need to concentrate on revision etc. Someone once told me that motivation was down to where PE lies in your priorities and currently, its not number 1 in mine so i feel it would be a waste of time giving it a half hearted attempt. Im due to start in July but i will still visit here to chat and who knows, maybe i'll get inspired and move the date forward.

Well, no PEing since the beggining of April but when i come back ill give it more of an intense approach ive decided, lots of wet jelqs and quite often, probably 2 on, 1 off to start off with. Ill try to implement this beggining of May but like i said, ive got exams and stuff so we'll see how it goes.

Here's a routine you might wanna try:
Jelqing in the shower. It won't take much time. Just do 50 wet jelqs everytime you are in the shower. Use conditioner as a lube. As long as you aren't facing the water when you jelq, it shouldn't need reapplication for the 50 jelqs. To get hard, just have a wank. If you can't get hard standing up having a wank, you need to learn how to do it because it can make you last longer in ebd.
50 wet jelqs a day every weekdday = 250 wet jelqs per week which isn't bad. And it will take 4 minutes max if you are doing 3 second jelqs.

Well I haven't PE'd since the beggining of April but now its time for a new start. After a 3 month break I'm going to restart PE'ing with the newbie routine.
I know Bobo says he thinks some of his gains were helped by the L'arganine he took so maybe the creatine I'm taking along with the whey protein will help my gains.
Theres only one way to find out. Start date 1st July.

Cheers ally, I started on the Newbies routine, just as im doing now with my restart, i think gains are down to technique rather than routine when first starting, aslong as you dont over do it, (eg: slow, tighter jelqs will target girth and quicker, looser jelqs will target length). If you like girth gains, check out Ownds diary, there are prob others that have gained more girth than me but Ownd just seems to spring to my mind.
Well, i must PE today but i have a bit of a problem and wouldnt you know it, its the governements fault! Here's a breif summary of the problem...
I PE in the shower and use this as my warmup and warmdown, but, my house has no hot water as the government has said we cant use our boiler. Apparently it was treated with aspestos (sp?) and this means that a build up of 'black soot' could occur in the boiler, releasing a poisonous gas named Carbon Monoxide (an odourless gas that can kill if inhaled too much or something). Therefore, to stop our family dieing, they disconnected our boiler or something. Although, we've been using for about 5 years previous to this announcement.
This means Im going to have to boil the kettle then wait for the water to cool. Then warmup, then PE, then boil the kettle again, then wait for it to cool, then warmdown.
I WILL PE!!!

It might be easier to boil the kettle and then add some cold water to the boiled water, rather than sitting around and waiting for it to cool as that could take a helluva long time. :?

After i come back from my girlfriends house to have a shower. Im not gona PE in my girlfriends shower otherwise her parents might not like me anymore thinking something weirds going on. Sorted. Well, I PE'd yesterday, though im still without hot water and i knocked over the cup with water i had boiled and i couldnt be arsed to boil some more to warm down as it would mean answering questions from my parents. So i just did plenty of helis and massaging. I know i should've warmed down properly but bugger it!
Anyway, i can now tell i have harder erections for sure, although i might have gained, its not significant to tell without measuring, the harder erections may just mean it feels bigger.
Im on the right track!

Well, I dont think my dicks grown at all. I will measure on the 1st of August, a month after i restarted PE, and, if i dont gain, im going to try some intense PEing. When i first started PEing, i went 3 days on and 1 off as i didnt really do much research and kinda just dived in, however, this gave me over 1/2 an inch in length but once i realised i may have been over training i went to 1 off/1 on and stopped gaining. Im starting to think intense is the way to go for me. I was viewing old diaries of people who gained by doing a 5 on/2 off routine and Syths routine looked good. Producing good results for him and G-Spot. Although i was confused when reading Synths diary of what actually happened to him :? . Im thinking of giving his routine a go if i dont gain this month, or atleast do the begginers routine 5 on/2 off and see what happens.
Any thoughts?

I also gained on an intense routine and then gained nothing when I toned it down. I Also thought I was overtraining like you. Go back to what worked the first time.

Well the newbie routine wasnt doing anything for me. I remeasured and i lost some gains (I didnt measure straight after my break which i should have). I am now 5 1/2" by 4 7/8" so i only lost 1/8" but still, im gona mix things up a bit. Here's my new routine, done 5 on, 2 off, for now...
1. Warm up 5 mins
2. Stretches in every direction for a minute each
3. Helis and a 2 minute re-warm up
4. Stretches in every direction for 30 seconds each
5. Helis and a 2 minute re-warm up
6. 130 'Synthetic jelqs' (started on 100) with a 10 second stretch after every 10 jelqs and kegels to force in blood throughout.
7. The weird breathing thing with stretching like Synth did (click (http://www.cheekycherry.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3210&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0), its about half way down the page)
8. 5 minute warm down then helis and kegels
We'll see what happens.

If you do then it shrank by 1/8 of an inch but it would probably never shrink more than that, its common if you dont PE for ages but that was just a measurement before my restart.

Havent Pe'd since the 17th of August :( Since then i had my drinking run thing which lasted a week so i was either drunk or hungover and now my girlfriends back :mrgreen and i gota pack for holiday and stuff sooooo what i wil do is start again when i get back from my holiday on the 15th of September. Im dissapointed cos i really thought that i would stick to my routine this time but i'll just have to try harder next time i suppose. I WILL do it!

Did my routine today for the first time in ages and it felt good. Ive got everything sorted and have settled down a bit after freshers week at uni where basically its an excuse to go out every night, get pissed and make some friends. Im starting the whole bodybuilding thing again tomorow so i thought i will start PE'ing again cos the supplements im taking might help and hopefuly with a better diet too i'll gain!

Hiya mate, well after my last post, ive been really busy. I said everything had settled down and i guess it kind of has, the only thing is, although its settled and not subject to change, im really busy. I PE'd for the first time in ages 2 days ago and am looking to keep it up. As for the working out, in my first American Football match i sprained my index finger so i couldnt lift weights for ages. Its ok now so I'll start up at the gym again but still, its hard to find time, especially now that i have a girlfriend :puke: and christmas is coming up so the gym will shut and my diet will be all over the place. I'll try to PE from now, and theres no excuses if i dont over christmas cos i wont have uni and will have more free time and, like i said, i'll experiment with CEE in the new year.

Been PE'ing recently :mrgreen
Since my last post ive been PE'ing fairly erratically but consistantly. What i mean by erratically is that ive been doing random routines on random days. Like one time i might PE 3 days in a row and then not PE for a couple of days but then for 1 day i will with a 1 day break after and then another 2 days on etc. No real pattern. Also, the routines ive been doing arent always the same. The amount of jelqs i do vary from about 100-200 at the mo and i might do a 30sec hold or a couple of 1minute holds or maybe none :shock: Stretchings fairly constant but the time of each stretch varies too, between 30secs and 1minute each stretch :?

Well just over a year later, i was in the bath and thought of you guys here at CC and thought, 'hey... why not... lets touch my penis' :lol:

Thought you might like to know ive been PE'ing for about a week now.
Just been wet jelqing. Ive got no set routine. Ive just got spare time at the moment so will PE whenever i can sort of thing. Started a week ago and did 3 days in a row, then a day off cos the cock felt like it needed a rest, then did 3 days on again.
Find it hard to stop getting a full erection though. I do about 30-40 jelqs then i have to stop and then stop again every 15 - 20 or so to let it subside. Fucking annoying! Probably cos i havent been laid for about 2 weeks :evil:
