I have sex everyday at night with my girlfriend sometimes twice a night. So thats a lot of sex. I can barely keep up with her needs. I jelg 3 times a week but i think that by me having sex so much its hurting my gains. Its said a lot on this forum not to over work your penis but would sex be considered overworking it?

Well sex is sex. If she is wanting it that bad, then it's first priority (in my book anyways). LIM theory is just a theory. I say keep rooting her and jelqing when you get the chance.
