dear all
i am new to this , i`ve been interested in this subject long ago , but how does it really work ? , the penis is just like a sponge you fill it with blodd and there you go (erection) no muscles in it at all to stretchened out or lenghened. can any pro or the admin himself answer me about this , it`s bothering me really , thanks

In your penis there are "special" cells which, like a rubber band, are allowed to be stretched. Your penis recooperates so you wont break like a rubber band. ;)

fatoot your quite correct there are no muscles at all to be stretched or lengthend. But there are Ligaments, which can be stretched and thus lengthend.
Your also correct about the cells in your penis being filled up with blood with an erection. The idea is, by jelqing and other exersizes, is to increase the capacity of these cells so that in the long run they will hold more blood and making yopur penis bigger.

When one does wet jelq's for length, my theory is this:
You are OK gripping your cock and sliding it forward, the cell walls or chambers are being squeezed in a forward motion and only the forward part of the chamber recieves the stress.
Think of a skinny balloon (ballon represents individual cells, or your whole cock if you wish), put some lube on it, OK grip it, then move up the shaft, what happens? The end bulges, that's what happens and the balloon will tend to get longer than wider.
Also with the right lube (petroleum jelly I recommend) you get some good stretchy drag in there as well for your ligs.
I hope my theories seem credible enough to help you understand this better.

I' pretty sure all parts of the cell get the stress, its just that the body is able to regenerate the damage like a musle (Yes I know there is no musles in the penis, it's just an analogy). the whole point is the rupture cells to allow the regenerative properties to move in and fill in the space that you have made by tugging on your cock

It does work, I was 6.3"EL (erect length) and 5.9"EG (erect girth), now I'm 7.8"EL and 6.5"EG. No need to say more.
What makes your penis erect is the corpora cavernosa which is covered with a membrane called tunica albuginea. The corpora cav. fills with blood and the tunica is responsible for keeping the blood flowing inside, holding the erection (not so simple, but roughly it). When you jelq and *stretch you're braking up tissue (mainly from the tunica), in response to that your body will produce more layers of tissue by rebuilding the cells during the healing time (off days). That's the bottom line of NPE.
*Stretches also helps to pull the part of your shaft which is inside your pelvis out of your body. This is a small (very small) portion but it nevertheless adds up to your overall growth.

ZW how long have you been PE'ing now, and have you been dedicated to a MWF for example from the start without any breaks.
I gained over an ince in my first 3 months but i just have too much on these days and my routine takes a good hour, with warm ups down, extended exercises etc.
Any tricks to get it all in?

The only trick is to be consistent, excellent gains by the way.
If you notice you've reached a plateau, give it a rest for about a month or so, then start again. Normally when we reach a plateau, it's due to the strain on the tissue, time to leave our wang in peace for a while.
I've been PE'ing on and off for about 2 years. I've had too many gaps in between, hence, I didn't quite get to that round 8" yet... but I'm close.

I would like 8 x 6.5, I saw it once and was very impressed. I have been off and on for a few years. I have started up recently and have been consistent so I am hoping to reach my goal. With this site and a little more sticktuitivity I'll make it. This is a nice site.

I agree that's a pretty good size. I'm only 0.2" from this goal (8"x6.5" - I'm already 6.5" girth). I'll be a very happy man when I get there.
