You won't lose size, but you could lose function.
HOWEVER!
You'd have to be doing something very, very wrong for that to happen.

No matter how tempting, DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE ADVANCED WORKOUTS. Especially Oldie's (as those are for really advanced PE'ers).

Technically I lost some of my gains on my last measurement, but hopefully that was down to overtraining causing some temporary fatigue. Also you can always choose a bad day to measure as your erection size fluctuates.
I don't think i'll have lost next anything next check.

Don't measure every day, and try to be consistent. Sometimes you might measure more in girth and appear to lose length and vice versa. Generally you dick should at least look muscular and get bigger veins aand feel different to before. Good luck with yur routine

Stretching or not stretching the tissue I can understand, but shrinking it? No way. The only way that could happen is if the bloodflow gets worse for some reason, but some heavy duty overworking and vein damage is needed for that. Normal overstraining can cause temporary erection problems, but they fade away with time. Usually when someone is doing something wrong he simply won't gain anything.
