View Full Version : Answer me this.

My ancestors came to these islands. First settlers pretty much as they migrated from Germania.

So, they lived on the land and worked it and all the rest-
My ancestors. MY homelands.
So answer me this. WHY THE FUCK am I paying rent?
WHO the FUCK has MY fucking LAND??
I`m out there wasting my life on working hard to what? stand still? pay some slime for the privelage to LIVE on MY OWN FUCKING LAND?

At some stage someone has usurped my land inheritance.

Bear in mind that your ancestors are also their ancestors, and somebody had to seize power.

Besides, that's capitalism.

Well my sisters landlord is chinese for a start..

Gotta kill a few fuckheads and claim my territory back as a new country.
Wheres them AK`s at?
I wanted to take Greenland, but it appears it`s already occupied. Shame about Iceland too..

I have free will and desire. I desire not to be under control.
Suggestions?

I want to build a new land, an Island.

I'd be pretty certain that practically every single inch of land on this planet is claimed by someone, which is extremely sad in itself. Wherever you go, you will most likely be taxed and subject to the power of a state, unless you go to a lawless country like Somalia and even then you're likely to be subject to arbitrary taxation and control by militia groups.

On a lighter note, good to see you ss. How goes life?

soserious

Somalia is not my ancestors land though, I have no right to it.
I want to know how to make an island, from scratch. It`s been done in SaudiArabia and parts of Japan and such. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Land_reclamation If it was my own new land, who could presume it to be theirs? Even if it was fairly small with 50 nukes ICBM`s any country trying to attack it would hopefully think twice and just leave it alone. Like a scorpion under a rock.
I have MANY plans.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_population

Thankyou Bigbadbear. Good to see you too.
I worked hard to get fit for the army, but my application was rejected due to the medical papers, they rejected me.
I want to try to appeal (a million to on shot considering..) But now my knee/s are fucked. I don`t know what damage I did, but I can`t run, have lost my fitness I worked so had to get (almost a YEAR wasted   ) I can`t deadlift and I can barely walk. If this is on my medical records then it`ll be a pretty much impossible appeal. Assuming it is fixable and not just a degenrative thing.

I am working a shitty fucking job, stupid hours and shifts and minimum wage. Running around and serving and cleaning up after people, most of whom I hate, seeing the waste produced by people. But people are getting fired all the time over stupid things, I may be fired anyday. Infact I gotta be up in a few hours. Though thursday I think I finish my shift at 1 am again.

I have no intention of being a slave to capitalism and emasculated by this shit.
I WANT my own territory, free from this culture and my own fucking army.

Sorry to hear your plans with the army went down the pan, I remember you talking about it before and you seemed quite positive.

I know what you mean about the world, Bobo felt the same way and that's why he left to go off on his travels (you might've missed that, the thread should be around here somewhere, it was pretty recent). The thought of working hard at an unsatisfying job and makings pennies from it while the owner of the company and the shareholders make millions off the back of you and others like you seems horribly unjust. The thought that little if anything can be done to alter this due to the mainstream media (owned by many of these same people) controlling the boundries of our ideas and discussions about the world is equally depressing, as there seems to be no way that enough people will ever realise or care that they're being expolited to do anything about it. The democracy we have is all an illusion, whichever way you vote you're voting for the status quo to be maintained and things to stay more or less as they are now.

If your ancentors came from Germania then they raided england, and raped the celts. Therefore you don't even deserve to be living in england let alone paying rent.

I guess I missed a lot of goings on here.

I see UK and see a mess. People wont let go of it either.
I agree, "Democracy" is a falsehood. A sham. People immediaetly jump to worse "regimes" to justify comparably yet two wrongs don`t make a right.

No, I have other plans. Perhaps they wont work out, perhaps they will.
I think everyone who lives like we do should go and see a landfill site for a start.
I am truly ashamed to be part of the problem. Humans, any living organism simply inherit, simply borrow. We must not presume eternal owning.
We do not live in a golden age We do not have things remotley right.

Nature is sometimes harsh, no, nature is lethal half the time.
It is understandable to want to escape this, it doesn`t balance out though.
Harsh as that may sound. The moment humans tried to take themselves out of natures law was the moment we murdered ourselves.

I don`t want to just talk, but my life is limited.

I feel the same way at times, you wonder how much better the world might be if people just stepped outside their little bubble in the world for a minute and thought about bigger issues for a change rather than just being caught up in the triviality of day-to-day existence, maybe the world would change for the better. Sadly there's no chance of that ever happening.

Interesting.
The Nukes come later. Nasty nasty things, yet being vulnerable isn`t an option.
New power is needed, old technologies can mix with new. But the whole system and culture must be better.
Even little things, like not using plastics- Nothing wrong with bringing steel containers from home to fill with milk from market or farms.
Tough life but clean and wholesome compared to this life. No ugly ugly streets and buildings either, no advertising.
Not a backwards place though, ingenious and efficient.
No asylum. No fucking around with other countries. A strong military.
Different ethos.

If you built a new island you would still have to purchase it from someone. I mean the water space. Like the new luxury islands that were just built, they had to purchase the land under the water. Although impossible, if you were to build a island in the middle of the ocean, you would still end up paying someone, and getting taxed by the nearest country. :(

trugain there are lots of islands that can be bought very cheap. Indonesia has 11,508 uninhabited islands. The problem with owning an island is primarily security and services such drinkable water, electricity, transport systems, medical facilities etc

The cost to bring over labour and materials to construct those services, as well as employing sufficient security forces, would be so large, that you'd be better off buying a massive patch of land in a first-world country.

I was talking about building a island in the middle of the ocean. Thats impossible, the land is way too deep under water. I'm not even going to mention the environmental factors such as dangerous waves, and storms.

Why build an Island floating on the ocean when ou can build one in the clouds? It can use a billion jet thrusters to keep hovering.

There is a guy who lives on an old oil rig somewhere, cant remeber where but i heard it ages ago. He owns it legally and it is his own country. He is king and can make his own laws taxes etc, the only downside, he lives in the middle of the fucking sea. I think i saw it on "Newsround" in England and the only oil rigs round there i can think of would be in the North Sea? or on the other side... but look it up.

But then you could always expand your oil ring put shops on there, employ people and start your own civilisation...oh wishful thinking

Sealand- That looks really depressing to me. I mean that is really sad, its great they have their own country, but its basically sitting on top of 2 concrete barrels. The country is in the middle of a sea, so they are pretty safe.

Now, all they have to do is borrow money like the U.S. government, and build up around it. :cool

Sir, No Sir.

I was intending for land about the size of Wales. A new culture mixed with old and new technologies. Oil rigs are in deep water are they not? Hmm, thats interesting.
I did think about buying a number of decomissioned oil tankers, yet rock base is preferrable..
Islands may present themselves where tectonic plates collide. Perhaps taking a lot of rock from a number of quarries.
Wether I manage a new country or just a bunch of square miles of territory I want something. No leasehold shit either. Maybe I need to conquer some of my heritage BACK.

Incidentally if anyone knows of Islands or chains of Islands for sale please post info here. Perhaps a chain of Island bases in a shallow sea uninhabited/ble might be a good foundation for a larger one with the help of a few million/billion tonnes of the correct rock. Thankyou.

Impossible to build in the middle of the OCEAN. Plus it's too dangerous. A sea, it works but a OCEAN no. There would be oil rigs in the middle of the ocean if it were possible. The farest out is only a few miles. Too dangerous.

There are plenty of islands for sale all over the earth. You just have to look for them.

soserious
15th March 2006, 05:18 PM
Shame really. Floating may be possible but not practical, it must eb capable of looking after itself.

At the moment I`m liking the idea of a chain of uninhabited or uninhabitable Islands, remoulded with extra quarry rock boght in, shaped to the correct criteria and then loaded with soil and such.
What appeals to me about uninhabited lands is that noone has much of a claim to them and I don`t have to fight an unfair war against those already there- like in Uk which I would...
Plus theres no land border dispute shit. I don`t want to just build another town or city or whatever with cars, shops and advertising and monetary units. Fuck that shit, we have had a LOT of achievements way before the 20th century. Though there are some poblems with this too, but we are not here to rob peter to pay paul.

I also need to have a lot of power influentially and some kind of fortune to secure a new homelands. I want to look into stocks and such, measured gambling, whatever I can. I don`t want to borrow money and have some outsider ending up calling the shots and poisining the dream because they footed a bunch of the cost. No way.

I intend to look also, but I want to know HOW and WHERE to look.

http://www.escapeartist.com/International_Real_Estate/Islands_For_Sale/Islands_For_Sale.html

I don`t want one or two small Islands, buit a chain of them or a group that can be built on and expanded over time. Cheaper than these, but with potential.

Most oil rigs are close to shore because the water is shallow enough to once have been land and laid down a few million years worth of dead forest then a few million years worth of sediment to make rock and squash the dead vegetation into oil.

Hows about this, you find the right location, then I supply the materials, the workers and then we start PHASE 2- begin building over the foundation Islands. And getting the ecosystem up and testing itself out.
Meantime we need around 1000-10,000 healthy strong intelligent people, good stock.
THEN you can party with some of the sexiest women you can imagine..

Hmm, We also will need a military fairly early on and to keep on good terms with world politics. Whilst we don`t want them interferring, we want them to respect us.
We will have a ground army but a kick ass navy and airforce.

What I want needs to be self sufficient, autonomous.
That means various percents of land for humans, farming, wildlife, future growth ect. Tricky.
I wonder what the best type of geography would be? Water is a crucial, clean non-salt water. The logistics are quite immense, but it is interesting finding out.
Like I said, at the very least I want to OWN a chunk of land to be inherited by my family through the generations and defended from damn governments be they local or foreign trying to usurp it and shit.
Hmm, I wonder. Its location about the globe is important too, environmentally speaking.

I have wondered what the poles might look like in a few hundred or thousand years, perhaps mild and mostly devoid of ice like they once where during earths history, there were tropical temperaures and crocodiles here I heard.
