It's obvious that jelqing should only be done every other day, but it seems like its okay to do kegels whenever. Can you over do the kegels? b/c people seem to be saying to do it as much as possible. Just wondering.

Logic tells you that you can overdo kegels because the PC muscle is.. a muscle.


Personally I am of the opinion that the PC muscle is a very powerful muscle because it is used all throughout your life at least twice a day. It is used when you pee, when you shit, when you wank and when you have sex. If it isn't very strong, it isn't used well but it is still used.

There are muscles in our body that are always flexing - ie our lungs and heart. It is extremely hard to overtrain these muscles for most young people.

Lots of people will recommend kegeling one day on one day off. I personally do kegels 5on 2off. On the on days I do them almost constantly throughout the day and on the off days I don't do them at all.

But I have been kegelling for a long time. As a beginner oyu might want to start with MWF and after 3 weeks move onto lighter exercises but 5on 2 off. Then work up the intensity.
