hEY Guys.

Please pardon my noob question, but how should jelqing actually be approached, basically i am viewing jelqin as a means to expand my girth, no naturally expansion of the chambers is what i should be focusing on.

Suppose u are to perform 300 jelqs with 80% erection, should the motive be to jelq to 300 non stop with 80% percent erection ?? (the above feat can be performed but would happen once in a blue moon)

is it how it should be done, coz literally speaking no matter how erected u are in the begining, u tend to lose erection as the reps, keep on going??

I just got a bit confused coz i am seriously looking at jelqs as a means to expand girth rather than length ??

I break my Jelqs down into sets of 25 but you can choose whatever number is best for you depending on how quickly you lose your erection while jelqing. Doing 300 consecutive jelqs while maintaining enough of an erection just isn't viable for most people.

Ways to make your jelqs more focused on girth gains would be to make them slower, with a tighter grip and a higher erection percentage. Be careful though, tight grip and a strong erection can lead you down the path to injury, especially if you're doing a high number of jelqs. I tend to use my wet jelqs more as a girth exercise, but I'm finding 300 jelqs aimed at girth to be too much some days and I might cut it down to nearer 200 in future so I can make sure each one is more intense and still avoid injury.
