Well this will be my new progress diary. I will put a link to the old diary and add my current stats here very soon.

I havent been doing PE for a good few months and I need to get back into the game. I plan on beginning today.

My routine will be as follows.

Warm Up (5 minutes)
Helis and stretches (1 minute)
Dry Jelqing (5 minutes)
Helis and Stretches (1 minute)
Wet Jelqing (10 minutes)
Warm Down (10 minutes)

The routine will be done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

I have decided to come back with a small routine to help ease my way back into PE without overworking or injuring my penis.

Yeah it is good to be back. It is hard to get back in though. Wierd. At one point I would bring myself right down if I didnt PE.

I've desided to give myself a break for a few weeks then i'am going back to the M-W-F routine. :cool

Goliath, the young one. I learned to know You pretty well here in CC, and I will miss You, my friend. When You grow up :wink: to be old enough for CC, maybe we will meet again if I ever return? Until that day, good luck with everything in life, my friend! :D

Well im back and im 18. I havent really done any PE since leaving and I hope I can come back here for the sake of finding some motivation.
