Hey. Just got done with a workout today, lots of blood trapped with each jelq, each jelq lasted about 4 seconds. did 150. I have been PEing faithfully for about 4 months now so I'm used to it. But after the workout, the two little parts under the head are swollen with what I assume is blood. They almost equal the head in size. Anyway, just wanted to see some recommendations as to what it is, is it normal, what should I do, etc? I'm planning on resting obviously. Any thoughts.

Rest for a few days, don't PE, don't wank but continue your warmups to get the blood flowing. This has to speed up the healing process. When it hurts a lot or isn't completely healed in two weeks time, go and see a doctor.

Well you know the part underneath head? its bascially bloated on either side under the head. Feels like there is fluid in there. What do you think is the cause?

Probably too much pressure on a vein or the lymfatic system. I'm not an expert however. When it hurts or the swelling doesn't subside in a few days time, make a doctor's appointment. You don't have to tell him about PE, just tell him you had rough sex in an uncomfortable position. (have to credit TBB for this excuse :lol:)

It doesn't hurt so hopefully it'll just subside

Yeah it went away. I guess maybe its just a sign that I'm working things around in there. Anyone got any good length routines? My girth is fine. I want to focus on the length.

I just use plain old stretching for length. :neut: There are a couple of other variations, but I don't know any so hopefully someone who uses them can pitch in.
