There was a thread (I forgot who wrote it) about Testosterone siginificantly helping in the penis recovery and that testosterone levels in the body drop significantly after ejaculation.

i also read somewhere however that after ejaculation your gonads produce more testorone to replace the one you just lost and create more then when you started but then slowly goes down again to equalize. So i dont know. I try to follow it but dont sometimes.

True, but that may be due to genetics. Some guys gain an inch in length in the first month without trying too hard, others go all out trying every method in the book and don't gain anything ever.


If you want the maximum gains, you should try to follow all the rules and restrictions that make sense.

When you ejaculate you feel more tired. Doesn't seem to be the kind of state of being for healing.

Hey from what I have found no one really knows. But it is kind of a personal thing for me. I try to have control over myself not to do it. All the touching yourself in PE I try to think of it as working out and not part of it sexually. I am my own master :cool

I did go without a month of not cumming after (well ocassionaily i did). For me it hardly made any difference to my gains. I found that eating healthy and doing excercise helps me gain better. im happy with the growth now so i make sure i get a load of tissue as well as vaseline

I dont really believe in the 5 hour rule but if I masterbate in the same day as a PE routine it feels as if the workout is just not as effective. Could be there is less blood flow than if I didnt masterbate or maybe the penis is already worn from the masterbation, although one pull doesnt really wear it down much. I dont believe in the whole testosterome thing though.

The thing is, that I do my PE'ing before I go to work in the mornings. So I get up a half hour earlier. But then there's no temptation to jerk off because I am just about to go to work and am in a rush. :cool
