Well after reading many-a-article on PE both on and off CC, I was wondering if any of you have gotten good results just doing straight up jelqs and kegels for 20-30 minutes a day? I'm pretty sure this is what I'm about to do but I was just wondering if anyone else has tried it?

you mean not doing any stretchtes? im sure you will still get results.

Stretches are good for the length though!!

stretches only do flacid length, so yes.

Stretches will only take like an extra 5 mins so why not do them?

The dick, like the rest of the body, has the capacity to adapt to a change in environment. There are tribes in Africa in which the women have necks twice the length of other the average. They do this by putting bands around there necks from when they are kids, slightly stretching the necks as time goes by. The body adapts to this. This is the reasoning behind stretches. By applying slight stretching pressure on your penis constantly over a period of time you prompt it to adapt to a new environment.

Ive seen them people before, weird stuff. I heard that they have to leave the rings on their neck as if they take them off, their necks will collapse :shock:

That's what I've heard aswell. That's because

1. the neck is supporting a much larger weight - the head
2. The bands have been doing the work of the neck muscles all their lives so their muscles are probbaly very small and suffering from atrophy
3. The neck has a delicate bone in it - the spine - which shouldn't be stretched.

A penis on the other is built to expand and contract, so stretching is right in its field.

Sounds good, so maybe 1 min strech every direction w/ 20 minutes 1-2 Second Jelqs?

the problem with stretching is that it is highly likely to involve a hold that restricts blood flow to a part of you penis, usually the head,

So it is a good idea to hold the stretches for a short amount of time but to do more of them. If you are new to PEing, I suggest you use 10 second LIGHT stretches. Lengthening the penis is a long process. Any technique that boasts quick results (ie 1 inch in a month) is likely to be dangerous as most people don't have bodies that can adapt that fast.

I think light 10 second stretches for the first week, 15 seconds light-moderate for the second, 20 seconds moderate for the 3rd. And between 20-30 moderate-full strength (should never hurt or feel any worse than mild discomfort) from then on.

Just for the record, those african women are actually breaking their collar bones down instead of actually extending their necks upwards...Now you may say this is an argument against PE, but we all know it works right? I think it's a different story with the soft tissue of the penis...Just like your heart can get bigger with extreme use, so can your dick.
