Common PE Problems [With solutions!]

Some people have found they haven't gained much or not at all. This could be due to a number of factors. I hope to outline these factors and supply possible solutions to help you. The biggest and most obvious solution is to experiment. Somewhere out there is the perfect routine for you, experiment and you have more of a chance of finding it. Ok here is some common possible problems you could have with your routine/lifestyle and some possible solution to those problems.

YOUR ROUTINE

So you aren't seeing much gain, what could be the problem? Maybe it is your routine. It could be too light or to heavy. For overworking there are some common signs that can show and it is important to pay close attention to your penis to spot these symptoms. A common sign is the dreaded red spots, these can vary in size shap and colour but they are easy to see. Red spots are a sort of blood blister and although they go away after around 2-4 days (you should take a small break till they subside), they can be a problem. It is the sign that you are either doing too many reps or your reps are way too intense. Another sign of overworking is any pain your feel while or after the workout. A light soreness type of feeling is common is not bad sign. However if you have a real sharp pain, or the pain is really painful, then you have overworked. It is wise to take a small break (could be a couple of days or a week or more depending on the pain). A worse case senario is that you have injured yourself. If the pain does not go away for godsakes see a doctor. There are probably other signs that can show up, please take them seriously! Please take into account with overworking that it may be simply that you are not warming up/down enough, just try a longer warm up/down and see if there are any different results. If not then it is probably something with the routine.

Another reason you may not be gaining is that your routine is too light. There is usually a feeling of having done a good workout, a heavy feeling of the penis and the penis is often red of colour (it is just red in the glans for me). Of course this isn't always the case for everyone. You can usually tell if you haven't done enough PE when you are a little more experienced. The signs are not as obvious as overworking, but for beginners who think they may not be doing enough I would just recommend you should keep your routine and just gradually increase the workout. If there is a point where your are getting some serious gains with the increased routine keep it there for awhile.

The obvious solution to these problems is to experiement and change the routine every so often, it could be a gradual change or a huge change. Just keep trying!

PLATEAUS

This is an annoying problem in the PEing world. A plateau is where you find you have stopped gaining and the routine is not giving gains like it used to. This is because the penis adapts to the strain of the workout and toughens up to the workout, preventing as much breaking down of the tissue (which affects gains). This can be caused from just using the same routine for awhile, often if the routine is more intense.

There are a couple of solutions one is to take a break (could be a week to a couple of months). This will soften up the penis (not literary) and it won't be used to PE, then when you start pe again it will shock it instead of being used to it and then gains may follow. Another solution is to change the routine dramatically, you could go from intense advanced routines back to the basics or vice versa. This could shock the penis as it may not be used to the new routine. In my opinion a little of both solutions mixed could work quite nicely.

MASTURBATION AND THE FIVE HOUR RULE

I think that you should obey the five hour rule. I would actually recommend not masterbating on days you PE full stop! The rumor that it lowers testosterome is not concrete and is probably wrong. However it can tire the person and the penile tissue, also as bobo has said it can lower the blood flow to the penis for a while.

Solution is to not masterbate on, on days! Only on off days. However this is not set in stone, many people have gained who breach the rule frequently.

GETTING TOO ERECT/NOT ERECT ENOUGH

Common problem with beginners. It goes away over time. Same can be said for not getting erect enough. The penis needs to go through an adjustment period when you first start out. Be patient, you'll get there.

RED SPOTS

Tiny blood red spots that appear on your penis. Usually the size of the full stop on your keyboard. Are often caused by overworking or from the use of too much pressure on certain workouts. Such as too tigh a grip when jelqing, or jelqing while being near or fully erect.

These shouldnt be too much of a problem and will normal fade away within 24 hours. Just make sure to ease up on the grip in future.

BLOOD OUT OF THE TIP/POURS

Some people experience a drop of blood coming either out of the tip of the penis or out of the pours. Most people say that this isn't a serious problem as much as it may seem to be. However it should be avoided! These drops of blood are the result of too much pressure caused by too hard a grip. To sum it up, you are overworking! As we should know by now that is a bad thing and can have an effect on gaining! This is solved easily. Just lighten up on the exercises. Loosen your grip and try to be a little less intense with them. I recommend taking a week or so off after a week or so just in case there is some healing needed.

TEMPORARY SWELLING

Sometimes after a workout You may notice small areas on the glans or even on the shaft that are swollen up. This is just fluids gathering to those areas, and usually the swelling fades away during a few hours after the workout. So, they are only temporary, but also a sign of overworking! Usually those appear after You have used too much pressure on the jelqs or in the holds, and this isn't a good thing in the long run because it also means that the needed healing time is longer. When those swollen areas do appear, You'll know You were too intense and You should be more careful next time.

MOTIVATION

Although some of you are probably thinking "hey gettting a big dick, what could be more motivating?". Well there are people out there who lack motivation. Motivation is the most important thing to have while PEing. Without it you will most likely give up. This can be a big problem which usually occurs in those beginners who really doubt it works and those who have been PEing for awhile and have seen no gains. There are a number of things you could do to solve this problem. The first thing is to set realistic goals. I'm not saying you cannot dream of a whopper but I think it is better if you set smaller goals that you are more likely to reach. You must also find a routine that is best for you. If you PE with a too small routine you may start thinking nothing is going to happen and that could be that case. If you do a long intense routine you could injure yourself or it could be time consuming which would make it hard to stick to. Another thing to do is not to measure that regulary. If you do that then you will see larger gains and will become more motivated to continue. If you measure say every week or two, you will not notice much gain. This may hurt your motivation. I would recommend measuring once a month or every two months. If you are running low on motivation just look around at the progress diaries. Maybe you could find some there. Good luck!

PRIVACY

This a huge problem among some people. Usually for people who live with their family, friends or other people. Usually people are worried that the people living with them are getting suspicous of them. Staying in the bathroom for extended amounts of time can do that. Plus many worry they will get caught doing PE, which is a scary thought for all of us. There is no easy solution to this problem. An easy choice is to just give up PE and maybe try it again when there is more privacy. Of course this will stop progress and you won't get any closer to getting that huge dick which none of us wants. Maybe you could reduce the workout to a smaller time. Maybe they will suspect you less. Of course this could also have an effect on possible gains you could make. A good solution is to get a lock on your door. That way you cannot be caught and you can just say you were reading or watching television. You could also allocate a time where no one is home. Of course this could be very tough. You just have to be a bit sneaky and figure what is the best option for you. If you really don't like the sneaking around and stuff you could just tell them. Tell your family, friends, etc that you do these exercises and tell them when not to bug you. It takes a lot of guts but after it would make things a lot easier (that is if your parents or friends don't try to stop you).

TECHNIQUE

This can be a good reason one may not be gaining. You may not be doing the exercises properly which can alter its effectiveness for the worse. You could be holding your grip wrong, too tight, not tight enough, etc. Maybe the level of erection is not enough for the specific exercise. All of these things could be stopping you from gaining as much as possible (or gaining full stop). The solution is obvious. Search around on the forum for info on the exercises you want to do. Understand what they target (length, girth) and how to do them. This should take too long. Especially with video instructions and photo instructions supplied on the forum by Artee and G-spot!
