I just found this site after doing some research over the last few months. I really like the info I have seen so far and I hope I can help someone else down the road.
I will update this on a monthly basis & let you know what I find that works for me.
Here where I am starting:
BPEL: 6.00"
EG: 5.0"

If your just starting out then thats way to much stretching and Holds do less meaning 10 min..of stretching/8-10 min..of holds.. :cool
Now if you have been doing P.eing for a few months then your still alittle high on the stretches/holds so back off alittle.. :cool

Way too much to start with, tone it down. Even if you're not hurting yourself, as you adapt to the exercises you will have to increase intensity so in like a years time your routine could take days!

Welcome to CC, Rock. Don't forget to do lots of kegels (very important) and to warm up and down properly. Good luck.
