No, dont use it.
I think those things get boring real quick. Unless you buy all the different weight versions, you dont have any progression at all.

What is a 'kettlebell'?
A 'kettlebell' or girya (Russ.) is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. The ultimate tool for extreme all-round fitness.

I think back in the midevil times men would use kettleballs to PE ;)

I used to use them but I moved and my new gym doesn't have them :( I still do swings, snatches, Turkish get-ups, etc. but I use dumbbells now.

when are great when done correctly. I just discovered that I barely bend at my knees at all; squatting down really completes the movement.
