I feel it is an ethical obligation for me to warn newcomers to this area that you may end up wasting your time and being extremely dissapointed. I have been doing a solid routine every second day for so long I only stopped the other day to consider that it has been over 2 years now. And for all the effort I have gained absolutely nothing, not even a half inch in length. And before you 'experts' start banging me for having a poor routine, I've likely been in this for a hell of a lot longer than you and I've done ALL the reading. IF and that's one friggin big IF it actually works, then apparently there are some guys it will not work for period.

Some poeple just dont gain, you're right. It may be down to technique or something you're not doing right but from what ive heard, some poeple cannot gain no matter what they do. I feel for you mate but have you tried giving it a break? Maybe stop for a couple of months then give it one more shot. Just a suggestion as the break will let your dick heal completey giving you a fresh start. Most see their best gains at the beggining of their PE'ing life. Sorry to sound patronising if ive come accross that way, i just wana see everyone gaining.

Thanks for the honesty Shane_Bos. Actually I've only really had one small break of a couple of months, but I'm really questioning the worth going on now after so long, if it hasn't happened by now it's not gonna happen.

Ok mate, its obviously down to you what you do but good luck in whatever you decide.

I've often thought that some guys will gain no matter what kind of routine they do. Some really quickly and others slowly. Some will gain nothing at all. It is probably all predetermined and no amount of fancy workouts will make a huge difference.

That being said, and with the risk of contradicting myself, maybe you need to try a more agressive type of PEing? Some guys are experimenting with pumps, hanging, etc. Maybe your penile tissue is the equivalent of a tough old rubber band that needs a real stretch to grow.

A break will probably do you good. If you can't grow, you can focus on kegelling to strengthen your erections. You can start training for lasting longer or becoming multi-orgasmic. There's more than one way to skin a cat.

Here is some possible reasons for the lack of gains.

Something wrong with your technique
You could be overworking
Not giving enough rest (remember Less is more!)
You are simply a very slow gainer.

I didnt gain for about 6 months, as soon as I reduced and changed around my routine I gained an inch in the following month.

Oh and I have been in the PE game for 2 years now.

A routine every second day for two years?

There's your first mistake. Despite thinking you have all the knowledge and have been 'in the game' for longer than all the 'experts', you've been doing 4 sessions a week for 24 months?!

You need to start from scratch or quit all together!

This post is only going to hurt the motivation of beginners.

If you smoke quit smoking and drink a lot less. Diet is very important for recovery and healing. I don't know if this is true but there are supplements that boost proteins and encourage the release of growth hormones which could help you. You probably already know what I am talking about though: L-Arginine, and L-Orithine. You could try them as a last resort.

godma, is every second day not good?

It's not good or bad.

Doing it for 2 years, however, is just plain WRONG.

For most people, I'd recommend 2 routines a week for a few months, then a step up depending on gains made.

Why is is wrong? too frequent?

No, its because the lack of variation.

Yeah you would have to be as thick as a brick to not change your routine around after not gaining any for at least 8-12 months.

The head of your penis flips open like batman's head on the pez bar?

Yeh, but those five inches you gained are from the swelling and inflamation due to the nasty infection. DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS REALLY IN A PEZ??????????

I feel it is an ethical obligation for me to warn newcomers to this area that you may end up wasting your time and being extremely dissapointed.

Your 'warning' is completely unnecessary and useless. It only serves to show newcomers what NOT to do and the kind of poor and bad attitude they should NOT have towards PE.
