I recently started with PE. My questions are:
1) Do you have to do all the PE exercises at once (i.e. warm up, stretch, dry jelq, wet jelq, kagel's, warm up)? Can I do warm up, stretch, wet jelq, warm up one right after the other ... and then later on in the day, dry jelq + kagels?
2) I stretch when I'm 100% flaccid, right? Wet Jelq when I'm around 60% erect? Dry Jelq when I'm 60% erect or when I'm flaccid?

1. Do the whole thing in one session. Don't break it up. Warm ups at the front end, warm down at the end.
2. Stretch flaccid, Wet Jelqs at 70% to 80%, Drys at 80% to 90%.

Kegels can be done at any time- they don't necessarily have to be fit into a certain routine or anything. I just do them as I watch TV or whatever.
And it's probably best if you do it all in one shot. I don't think your gains would be affected by splitting it, but as a matter of time, it's probably less time to do it all at once since you'd have to warm up/down twice instead of just once. Also, I believe that you would be more likely to skip the second session if you did split it up. If something comes up during your routine, yeah, split it for that day...but I don't think it's a good idea to make a habit out of.
Welcome to CC.
